Valet Cleaners & Laundry — Local services in Palm Springs

I brought a vintage oversized decorative “towel” to be cleaned. It is irreplaceable and the pattern is quite remarkable. High sentimental value too.

When I went to pick it up they said they they don’t have any record of it since they don’t itemize fluff and fold.

There was no empathy or attempt at reimbursement of any kind. Instead there was rude “irritated hostility while insinuating there was no towel and that I was therefore lying.

If I ever went there again [which I will not] I would photograph anything of value and ask that it be itemized.

I can only assume someone at this establishment liked it and took it.

It should be a -zero, I took one load of laundry to them on 12/31/16 was informed they could not fold the cloth's because staff went home early it was 3pm but could wash the cloth's. Bill was $52.00 for one load of laundry returned to me wrinkled for me to fold.., $52.00 for one load of laundry unfolded biggest rip off in Palm Springs I would recommend them to no one and will continually tell everyone I know never to use them.... Again Biggest Ripoff in the desert DONOT USE...

Plenty of parking. Easy to find. Service was stellar. Quick turn around time. Family owned. If you’re looking for a fancy cleaner, good luck finding one and one that is outstanding like Valet Cleaners and Laundry.
