Listen up, fellow introverts: this bookstore is an answer to our Palm Springs prayers. This wonderful little shop has the kindest staff. They asked me my favorite books and helped me find a vacation read. There was a nice selection of fiction and memoirs, with handwritten recommendations about what makes each book great. The bookstore also has comfy chairs and is a nice place to take a quiet break and read, especially because they’re open until 10 pm!

Finally had the pleasure of stopping by. Let me tell you, it’s so nice having another book store aside from Barnes. Despite its small size, there was a great selection! Lots of recent publications and older ones. Found some reads I never heard of before. The people working there were nice! Had to restrain myself from buying a lot of books but will definitely be coming back for more.

This was a huge highlight of my trip, not because of the incredible selection or adorable displays, but because of the over-the-top amazing experience with the bookseller. I didn’t catch his name but whoever helped me and my friends was welcoming, joyous, knowledgeable, and generous. It isn’t just the best bookstore in Palm Springs, but one of the best I’ve ever been to, period.

Dear Owner

I wanted to share my experience in your store today. I live in La Quinta with one of my daughters (23 years old) who’s an avid reader.

While in Palm Springs for lunch we found your bookstore. What a find! The environment was inviting and I knew she would find her new reads. However the biggest & best part of the experience was your wonderful staff. We were greeted by an incredible young man full of knowledge, passion & incredible customer service philosophy. The young lady who checked us out was also engaging & fun.

I don’t typically right emails on good or bad service experiences. In todays world customer service is an after thought for most but that’s clearly not the case with your business & incredible staff.

My daughter left thrilled with her new finds and is enjoying one tonight.

Thanks for giving me hope that customer service is still possible when the right people get hired to do a job they clearly enjoy.

Owned by a couple of bibliophiles who are also Authors! I had the privilege of walking the shelves two days before opening, (They're so nice! They love book lovers!) And saw at LEAST 30 BOOKS I wanted to buy opening day! Plus with its smaller size compared to other big box bookstores it has a more familial vibe. What impressed me most was they had my favorite Spanish Language Authors available too! Allende, Marques, Alvarez to name a few. No more having to drive to Palm Desert just for Spanish Language books! Plus the kids to young adult section is pretty damn big and varied. And they let me know that they'd be happy to order anything I needed! (Did I mention the owners were nice!?!?) Can't wait for the official...

Truly, this IS the best bookstore in Palm Springs, and all of California. It is a must visit for the book lover and casual vacationing shopper alike. So many great books and fun merchandise.
