lululemon — Local services in Palmetto Bay

I went in to exchange a keychain I received from an online order that was missing a zipper on one of the pouches. They didn't have the same one in store and quickly returned the amount I paid to an in store card without asking me if that is how I wanted my return processed. The exchange/return was within 30 days and it came broken so I'm almost positive I had the right to a full return to my account.
