Went here to purchase a gift for a friend getting baptized. They have beautiful gifts, and I found the perfect key chain as well as necklace. Tally helped us, and she gift wrapped them beautifully. She was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Also scored a bonus gift which I kept for myself!!! They offer a rewards program (and an amazing sale section), which was explained to me clearly, so I was able to take advantage of getting a bonus gift...

There's nothing to not love about Brighton! But what makes this Palo Alto store special are the ladies who are all wonderful and fabulous. They make everyone who walks in the store feel like a VIP, even if it's your first time. Can't find better customer service anywhere else. I love...
