Tried to purchase few items on their online store last night- nightmare- would not work- I reached out to them, even sent photos of what it was doing. Although Sally responded to me initial help request, she just blamed it on my credit card- used it 10 min later at Spinelli Kollin no problem? Have not heard back since I sent the photos- too bad, will take my business elsewhere. Wonder how secure their checkout system is- even tried to pay with PayPal- ti was displaying double charge- Paypal and the Credit card that I could not get through...

Beautiful store. However, the saleswoman at the counter was inattentive, when I made a return she acted as if I was not there while she scrutinized the item I was returning with her colleague (I had gently worn the item for 15 mins to try on at home) and then failed to realize I had 2 other items to return.
