This review for Wen is 1 year over due. But I wanted to take the time today to write this review to share our experience, as I can't say enough about Wen. She is an extremely talented and a consummate Real Estate Professional that delivers. She blends skills that are difficult to find: personable, smart, honest, great communicator, knowledgeable about the industry, driven, strategic and an excellent negotiator. Wen was able to sell our home at the price point we were aspiring for, while other realtors were down playing the market when we were interviewing them. To anyone reading this review, I would tell you to do your research. We must have interviewed 10 realtors from Millbrae, Burlingame, Palo Alto, San Mateo, San Carlos, Hillsborough, by far Wen came ahead in so many levels. What makes the difference with Wen is the precision by which she executes, from the staging to the marketing materials, to the price point. Wen and her team developed an end to end package for us, that was nothing I have ever seen in the real estate market. The fact that she is an Architect, speaks about the precision in her tactical approach and execution. Throughout the transaction, Wen was constantly updating us, sharing ever steps in her strategy. As we were working with Wen, we felt that we have a trusted partner and friend. As a result, after a few days following the open house she came back with multiple offers she was quickly negotiating. We were in contract within 8 days! This could not have happened without Wen pricing strategy, experience, workmanship, excellent capability and the excellent team she has with her. Wen helped us buy our home on 2018 and sell it in 2022. If there’s one word that describes Wen, it’s “unstoppable.” Or maybe “hustler.” Hmmm actually maybe “problem solver”? Or “always positive”? Ok I guess that’s like 6 words. But that’s Wen and her team: an unstoppable crew that tackles every problem, and hustles night and day to get their clients the best possible deal. And on top of that, they do it with a cheery attitude. I can’t even describe how out-of-the-box Wen had to go in order to sell our house. But I’ll share one of many anecdotes: before we agreed to work with Wen, we signed an agreement with a stager (big mistake, I should have gone with Wen’s stager). When I saw what my stager had put together, I was mortified: it was bland, empty, and very dated. My wife and I called Wen with knots in our stomachs, and she took a look. She agreed it could be better. And then Wen did her thing that no other agent would ever even conceive of doing: she and Ecem went to target, home goods, and a bunch of other stores, stayed up past midnight replacing items in the house and adding decor, and turned it into a masterpiece. Who does that? Nobody. I’ve worked with several other agents in different markets across the country. None of them would even consider for a millisecond putting that kind of effort into a deal. Nobody will hustle for you the way she and her team do. Oh and on top of that, they’re SO MUCH FUN to work with, always positive and supportive. Real estate is a business of unpredictable deal-making, and you won’t find anyone in any market in any corner of the country who will go as far to make it work for you as Wen will. Wen is an absolute superstar and she has an exceptional team behind her.

Prior to working with Wen, we worked with two separate Buyer's agents who gave us terrible advice and kept pushing us to offer amounts we simply weren't comfortable with—it was clear they didn't have our best interest at heart (often hundreds of thousands above what the homes eventually sold for)

So we sought and found Wen and it was like manna from heaven.

Wen worked tirelessly for us and had an empathic approach when it came to understanding our situation, our tastes, and our comfort levels.

While she displayed care and an attention to detail with us, she was fierce while at the negotiation table.

She has such mastery over the negotiation process it was beyond what I thought possible. Whereas other agents pushed us to ever higher offer amounts she relentlessly pressured the other side into accepting an offer that, quite frankly, we felt a bit embarrassed submitting in the first place.

Wen was able to negotiate -$350,000 off asking in a hot market—that's insane.

She is an absolute force and you'd be fortunate to work with her in any capacity.
