While I used to love this Target, I have to bring up something I noticed another person also wrote review on. The inventory of this location is not accurate at ALL in correlation to the app. I think it’s awesome target has an app, I used to use it all the time. However, most of the time it says they have something in stock when they DON’T. The other day my app showed they were OUT of stock in something but when I entered the store, there were like 25 of them. I don’t usually complain... but business wise, I find this to be an issue since many customers are starting to use the target app, and the “drive up” feature. The other night it was raining HARD and I ordered a space heater to pick up through the drive up feature. Half an hour later, got a notification it was “out of stock” in the store, even though it was “in stock” when I purchased it (??). I then place another order for a different “in stock” space heater, and of course 30 minutes later I get the same “out of stock” notification. By this point, I had finished my other errands and arrived at target. I then CALLED and asked if they could tell me what’s actually in stock, and if I could place an ANOTHER order for drive up to have it brought to me, but was told that wouldn’t be possible because they need “two HOURS” to register an order. I gave them two hours with the first and second order. How does it take TWO HOURS to bring one space heater to someone’s car. So I ran inside to get it myself, and OF COURSE, the app says the heaters are located in one specific section/isle and they are NOT there. I have to search around and find the correct isle, which as I said is not the same one stated on the app. I don’t mean to come across as a Karen, and I’m usually very understanding of these types of things...but I just find this a little aggravating. If you’re going to have an app that is supposed to help the consumer, then it should do just that or not exist at all. If employees aren’t going to keep track of stock, then the “in stock” and “out of stock” feature simply shouldn’t exist. Not keeping track of stock is exactly how people get away with stealing, and I think the poor practices of this place are kind of damaging to the company of...
Read moreWorst store in the valley. I purchased an item that didn’t go in my cart after checkout. I got home and attempted to call the store 20x, no exaggeration, customer service kept disconnecting the call. I finally got someone to answer after calling the electronics department, grocery department, toys, clothing, I even tried the pharmacy, not a single answer at any department, just customer service clicking end to every call. Spoke with the manager and not only was my item that was left out of my cart at checkout not given to customer service, but it was totally sold out of the whole store. None left in town, totally gone. This store has the worst customer service department of any that I’ve experienced in the valley. It’s February, not a holiday rush, there is no excuse for this type of behavior other than blantant disregard for customers and that sentiment is clearly echoed throughout the entire store given there was not a single call answered by any department after repeated attempts. I called the corporate number and explained the situation and genuinely hope that the regional manager is able to address this before this store turns out like the Joann’s’, the Bed Bath and Beyond’s, the Toys R Us…clearly this level of customer service is not going to impact every Target store, but no store is immune to downsizing. Corporate offices close under performing stores all the time, and if this store doesn’t want to perform then I’m sure the corporate offices will take note…otherwise why send out a survey after every purchase?Employees: If you are in a retail environment and customers annoy you, prepare to deal with the annoyances of the unemployment office. Customers have other options and most involve free shipping and no need to deal with...
Read moreI went to a Target last night they closed at midnight, as soon as we walked in they told us we had 20 minutes, and then every employee we saw along the aisles that passed gave us the decreased time limit, and there were 7 of em wet passed. Not only that the lady over the PA literally announced four times the time limit, and then they straight turned off the lights in the store. I used to work at Target before & my manager WOULD NEVER ALLOW THAT so I guess I just won't go back there anymore.I only went because I really needed some food because I was stuck in a hotel but I guess some people just don't care about the really hard times and bad stuff like that that others are going through. They just want to go home to their perfect life not knowing what someone else is going through that's not okay, not even having a home to go to and only have 1 more day to be at this hotel.... But im sorry enough about my sob story i just think that's why it got to me Soo bad..... I even drove 30 miles away from my hotel to go to this target cuz they closed at midnight so not only did i waste gas but also money i could have used to try to stay...
