I’m genuinely disappointed by the way I was treated during my recent visit. I went in to make an exchange that I had already started online, so I thought it would be fine. I understood when I was told it couldn’t be processed in-store — that wasn’t the issue.
What bothered me was the way I was spoken to. Their tone of voice threw me off, talking to me like I was a 5yr old and needed more explanation. Two staff members, one of whom I believe was a manager, came up to me separately to repeat the same explanation? I hadn’t raised my voice or complained, yet they seemed defensive and treated me as though I was about to cause a problem. From the moment I walked in, I noticed insincere smiles and felt like I was being judged.

I was asked if I had tried their sneakers and I kind of balked because I did not want to be upsold sneakers when I was just looking for a comfy T.
