I’m genuinely disappointed by the way I was treated during my recent visit. I went in to make an exchange that I had already started online, so I thought it would be fine. I understood when I was told it couldn’t be processed in-store — that wasn’t the issue.

What bothered me was the way I was spoken to. Their tone of voice threw me off, talking to me like I was a 5yr old and needed more explanation. Two staff members, one of whom I believe was a manager, came up to me separately to repeat the same explanation? I hadn’t raised my voice or complained, yet they seemed defensive and treated me as though I was about to cause a problem. From the moment I walked in, I noticed insincere smiles and felt like I was being judged.

The floor reps were super helpful, started a room for me and brought me all the items I requested after trying some stuff on and wanting different sizes, styles, and colors. I was asked if I had tried their sneakers and I kind of balked because I did not want to be upsold sneakers when I was just looking for a comfy T. However, the rep was so complementary of their sneaker line and insisted I give it a try when I said my feet need special handling. Well, I tried the sneakers and ended up loving them. I am really grateful the reps are so knowledgeable about their inventory and were willing to encourage a reluctant customer to experience...

I love Alo and was very excited to see same day delivery in Las Vegas but after 30 minutes of trying to get something delivered I gave up my $350 cart and chalked it off to Alo trying to do something they weren’t ready to successfully fulfill. Still love the product but would love to have that 30 minutes of my life back… and of course the order...
