On the last day of our Vegas trip, my buddy and I were doing some relaxed shopping for gifts when we passed by the Creed Boutique at the Shops at Aria. Neither of us knew much about Creed, but I remembered my wife mentioning it was a brand known for incredible fragrances, so we decided to check it out.
Right away, Gustavo greeted us and made us feel completely welcome. Even though the Shops at Aria are high-end, there was no pressure or pretentiousness — just genuine hospitality. Gustavo took the time to educate us about the brand’s history, walked us through the different fragrances, and helped us figure out which ones fit our styles and personalities.
He also mentioned that he could assist as a personal shopper in the future, helping pick out the perfect fragrances for special occasions like anniversaries, birthdays, or any important milestones. His attention to detail, professionalism, and product knowledge were absolutely top-notch.
I’ve spent over 30 years working in sales and marketing, and I know truly great service when I see it — and Gustavo absolutely delivered. Normally, I’m someone who looks for deals and can find almost anything cheaper online, but after working with Gustavo, I genuinely felt that my money was well spent.
If you’re considering visiting Creed at Aria, I highly recommend asking for Gustavo. He turned a casual stop into a memorable, personalized experience. A+ service...
Read moreIf I could give this place 0 stars I would. They are so discriminatory and judgmental. The Asian man with the bowl looking haircut and a scarf working Saturday 01/13/24 around 8:30pm had to have been the worst customer service associate I've ever came across. When my boyfriend and I walked in to smell the colognes he immediately judged us by what we were wearing, then proceeded to say in a very condescending tone how creed was very expensive, ultimately insinuating we couldn't afford it. It was mentioned that my head was hurting from all of the fragrances in the store, and when my boyfriend asked to smell a cologne the associate made a snarky comment saying "I don't know, your head might hurt too". Please don't forget your "career" is a mall sales associate, who probably couldn't even afford such an "expensive" cologne with their employee discount. Meanwhile the customers you were belittling are two well educated individuals with real careers who were ready to purchase a fragrance before we approached with such a disgusting attitude. Out the door goes your commission, simply because you chose treat us as less due to our clothing. The last person who should be belittling anyone is a mall worker making minimum wage with a bad haircut. Being kind and humble costs nothing, I'm sure you can...
Read moreMy wife and I had the BEST experience with Ruth and Alejandro (Alex) this afternoon. We walked in to inquire about a couple of scents we have been curious about, and both Ruth and Alejandro were beyond helpful and welcoming. They are both deeply knowledgeable about the product line and even more passionate about the history of the brand and Creed family.
It’s so common to walk into a high end boutique on the strip and be treated like you’re only there to ogle the products or ask for a sample (which we often are, but that’s how we ultimately decide to make an expensive purchase…), but these two treated us with warmth from the moment we walked in, which made it easy for us to decide to make a purchase!
They were both consummate professionals who make luxury products inviting and unpretentious. Creed is expensive, but when a passionate and knowledgeable expert explains the lengths they go to to source ingredients and what sets their processes and standards apart from others, it becomes much easier to justify the investment.
If you’re a Creed fan looking for a place to check out the newest scents while in Vegas, literally do not go anywhere else (trust us...
