I attended the job fair at the Boulevard Mall today. 07/19 it was around 1030am. I was there to inquire about a beverage position with the company the Hispanic women ( no name tag) facing the exit door with long black hair slim face late 40's was very rude as if she couldn't be bothered while she had no one in front of her she was definitely not overwhelmed. Im sure we all know to apply online. I would have rather seen a sign that said apply online then to have had made any contact with this person. Idon't know why caesars would send someone out to represent a company with such a bad attitude. I was there to meet face to face with employer's to possibly have a opportunity to work for this company and get my name out there. Read moreI was really excited about working with Caesars, but my first day of training, my trainer was setting me up for failure, and I said something, and ever since then I felt discriminated against. So, I left due to getting Covid from there to. I have been applying for food stamps, and they claim I still work there, and I can’t even get anyone to fill out my employment verification, in order to receive any benefits. It’s harder to get a hold of someone, but interesting how available they are when they hire you!! My heart is broken to see where their hospitality for employees went.
