I purchased three pairs of shorts for my neicecs from this store upon trying them on they were rather tight and way to short for there age. upon returning to the location to exchange they had no other sizes available. the agent at the counter said the only thing he could do for me was give me larger sizes which they did not have. they refused to exchange for other items in the store. refused to let me speak with the owner. refused to give me any info about the business who the registered owner is or any way of exchanging these items. it should be noted I spent over 100.00 in the store and was simply trying to exchange the items for another item and never once asked for a refund. the agent at the desk kept saying I have to do my job. the owner finally called and spoke with the agent and then had the agent point at a sign that said no exchanges or returns on the wall. I understand business is business but if you were looking to buy items from this one I would be well aware of there inability to understand ethics or basic customer service skills. I would rate this company a zero. poor poor business practice.

This store is huge! We went in for a quick look & ended up spending an hour looking around. I had a few things picked out, but the line was beyond ridiculous. My 7 year old was ready to go & I didn't want to deal with him complaining until we could leave just so I could get a handful of items. I believe this is about 6 different stores that they've combined; just when you think you're coming to the end, you notice a whole other room 😆 Unfortunately, most of their products are very cheaply made in China junk - the usual shot glasses, Keychains, etc. Think I'll pass the next time. I want any souvenir that I purchase to last and truly mean...

I went there this evening because they had a good deal on shirts (4 for $9.99). I already had two shirts in my hand before I realized that the lady from inside the store was basically standing there watching me (and not offering to help me, mind you). I asked her what she needed and she said she was just "watching." I felt like she was implying I might steal the the shirts.

You best believe I put those shirts back on the rack and left. Some $2.50 shirts is not worth all that. I've been to this store before and did not have any issues, but I will not...
