Update: took out some parts to add an update 6/28. So you didn’t read that I asked 3 servers about rice? And I’m exaggerating? What about the cheese in the edamame? What about changing the grill plate? And about Target, no one even came to the bathroom even after my wife went to the women’s to grab some. I will only leave reviews if it’s really good or really bad. Sorry but I’m being honest, you want to get mad at me pointing out your failings? Great job as an owner and deflecting. Everyone can check my target review the owner pointed out. LOL I should have read other 1* reviews service = bad. Go read it
So we went here 6/21 around 530 with the family (wife and 2 kids) Wasn’t too busy. First time here, visiting from out of state. We have multiple Korean bbq places where we live so we know what it’s like. We came in, got seated, server took our order we chose option C he recommended the sampler which we got. We also ordered fish cake, steam egg, lettuce wrap, edamame and 2 bowls of rice for the kids to start. He said there’s 6 other servers working and they share tips so just flag anyone down and they will get your order in if we need anything. Things started to come out. Steam egg came a bit later but this is where things turned out ridiculous. And the reason for my 1* review. The rice never came out. After about 5 minutes after the first round of orders came out we asked someone if we could get the rice we ordered they said ok. Well, after a few minutes our original server came out and said the cook is making new rice. Ok we’ll wait a bit, rice doesn’t take long to cook. (I worked in a restaurant as a lead/managment for 14 years mostly Chinese food and my wife still works in the food industry. So we know how long it takes.) some time goes by we order a couple more items and they come out. But there’s is still no rice. We ask a girl who walked by and she puts it in the tablet, so we think, ok we’ll get some soon. More time goes by and nothing. I look behind me and I see several different servers just scooping rice and bringing it out. At this point I’m just looking around pissed off. Someone who looks like he runs the place sends over the girl at the front desk who sat us, to check up on us. Well, we tell her that we asked for rice 3 times and no one has gotten it for us. She apologized and said she would talk to her servers and got the rice within a minute but she gave us a giant bowl that could prolly feed 5 grown adults. We just wanted 2 small bowls for the kids. Now, all this happened within about 30-40 minutes. From the moment we ordered the rice to the time we got the rice. And aside from the rice fiasco it took forever for someone to actually change our grill plate, we had to ASK to have it changed. But for some reason the table directly next to us had their plate changed out twice without them saying a thing. They had 6-7 servers working but no one was paying attention to us. The Korean bbq place we usually go to runs like a well oiled machine grills changed out, questions are always being asked, communication is on point. I would never come back here again. The only reason we came here over all the other places is because the reviews. Maybe it was a bad day for them? IDK. But after an experience like this I had to leave this super long review. That was just the review of the service. Now for the food. Steamed egg was a little dense not fluffy like multiple places where we come from. It was also bland. The wagyu was decent with nice marbling. But the sampler that we ordered a lot of the meat had so much fat on it I had to cut it off. We would have ordered a lot more but we were so disappointed. By this time we just wanted to get out of there. The best part of this whole situation is, that we told the server of my sons allergies to milk egg nuts and shellfish and he made sure they didn’t put butter on the sampler plate. But… when we ordered the corn cheese for my daughter (she has no allergies) he put it on top of the edamame while bringing it out and some cheese fell into the edamame. SMH....

I have never written any bad reviews in my life, All You Korean BBQ took my first time @@
The terrible service starts at the moment when we walk through the door. The was not any greeter or host at the desk at all. It took them 5 minutes to have someone take us to the seat and she was a server for another table. Then, there was not anyone noticing our arrival as there was no one giving us any water, or cups or taking orders for us. Another 15 minutes were wasted… Our server never takes the initiative to offer anything to us, of course, we never take it for granted but he never offered to change the plate/ grill even though it was completely burnt. On top of that, throughout our 90 minutes meal, excluding the time that our server gives us the check, we have only seen our server 3 times. At the end of the meal, the server told us that we must pay for the leftovers even though we told them the meat was half burnt-half raw, that’s why we were not able to eat them. The way our server gave us the check was by throwing it on our table without any eye contact; he told us that he was told by the manager to place the check like that. I asked to see the manager after I received the check, but the server was very unhelpful, and he refused to bring the manager to us. Instead, he said we have to find the manager by ourselves if we want to see her. The manager kept saying it was our fault for making the meat unconsumable. Then, she kept arguing that those unconsumable parts are ‘leftovers’. I asked her what the meaning of leftovers is, she answered the food was left. But at the same time, she cannot prove the burnt meat on the plate is ‘food’ as she refused to eat/ touch them. With that being said, isn’t she trying to force her guests to eat that half burnt-half raw meat? It seems that could lead to another health risk issue then. This restaurant is short on labor and lacks training. Besides, the biggest issue is that they have a terrible manager that has no hospitality to her guests at all.
Again, this is my first time writing a bad review because I hate calling someone out like that. But the dining experience I had was extremely...
Read moreWow - I had seen this new KBBQ spot on Google, and the reviews were all raving about it. I can easily see why. This new spot is doing everything right.
First, the service is awesome. So many friendly servers come around to take orders and check on you.
Now for the main reason they get a 5/5 - the food. We went with the C option which is their high end option with many expensive meats such as varying forms of wagyu beef.
We got all the banchan (side dishes) including radish wraps and kimchi. It was excellent. We also got a steamed egg and corn cheese, both of which were made fresh and super flavorful.
We got the wagyu brisket which was easily our favorite meat of the meal. So tender, so much natural flavor, and it goes well with just salt or the sesame oil and salt dip.
We also got the wagyu chuck roll and boneless short ribs. All meats were excellent and so tender.
The next round we went with thin sliced pork belly, garlic beef belly, and the salt and pepper filet. The pork belly was super tender and fatty, but personally the garlic beef belly was even better! The garlic flavor was excellent and the beef belly fell apart at first bite.
The filet was a high quality meat that carried a lot of natural beef flavor, and it was exceptional with just salt and in a radish wrap with kimchi.
Final dishes we got were beef tongue and NY strip. The tongue does have a different texture and slightly different tasteC but dunked in the sweet soy sauce, it’s excellent. The strip steak was a huge slab that we cut into small pieces as it cooked. It was also really flavorful with the huge strip of pure fat running through it. The fat rendered as it cooked and melted all through the meat.
Overall this was such a good experience...
