So a few days ago my one of my sandals busted as I was walking around, "no big deal" I though, "I'll stop by target and get some cheap ones". I happened to park right in front of this store and saw the cute dresses on the window and thought "Oh lucky day! I bet they have some cute ones in there!" Busted sandals in hand I walked in the door and started admiring their huge selection.
As I was my making my way to the shoe area I greeted the only person there behind the counter, to which she replied "You cant be in here with out shoes!", to which I apologized for, and tried to explain that my sandal had just broken, and lifted it to show her, and that I would like to looks at their selection to purchase a pair. I could see them from where I was standing. before I could finish she cut me off and repeated in a more aggressive and louder tone: "you can't be in here without shoes!"
I don't know if its because I am trans, or she was pissed off, or she though I was an addict (area around location seems a bit sketchy) but the look of disdain in her face was evident.
I like visiting Las Vegas because 99% of the time people (especially locals) could not give two (poop emoji) about me. I get treated the same no matter where I go. But I guess that day I found the 1%.
I said to her "Oh! ok then!" turned around with my busted sandals, went to target and proceeded to spend $75 bucks on shoes and clothing. waked out with two pairs of cute sandals.
I wanted to support a local business, but I guess my money is not female enough for...
Β Β Β Read moreWell I have to say Iβm very disappointed with Hotties, more with βGeeβ . Iβve been a customer of Hotties for about 20 years at this same location on Maryland pkwy. Today I went in to purchase items for my upcoming birthday trip. I bought a dress and 2 bathing suits, one of which was priced at $25. When I got to the counter to pay I was informed the price for this particular bathing suit was actually $50. I was very bummed. The very helpful cashier went and found the others located in the shop that were also priced at $25, I have a picture that I will be posting as well for proof. She called βGeeβ to see if he would honor the price that is listed on the price tag. Unfortunately he said no. Shame on you!!!! I will not be coming back to spend money...
Β Β Β Read moreI truly like this store, its in the Target Shopping Center. The store, is spacious. Prices aren't bad at all. They sell clothing, shoes, under farmers, jewelry, hair accessories, hats, makeup. The staff, is friendly. They do offer Fitting Rooms, if I had money to spare, I'd shop her all the time. Not to mention, they play great music too. The music makes you in a good mood and want to spend money. I really live, their shoes, slides etc. There is great lighting, the staff, will assist you. They often come around and ask, if you need help and I love that! I will always, go to this store. My adult children, also frequent this store as well. Keep up the great work at...
