Montecristo Cigar Bar — Local services in Paradise

Mixed feelings about this place. First off we were there with another couple for the big smoke event, but decided to check out the cigar bar. The night before big smoke day one kicked off (our #1 intent in the first place), the place was packed as expected to be. We got lucky and got seats for our party of 4. Every seat was taken to include the bar seats. Only two waitresses were working that night so drink services wasn't all that great, but not at all not their faults. there were three seats in the middle not available that night due to being reserved for the "owner". the owner never even came and was such a waste. The walk in humidor for cigar purchases was amazing and their staff was very nice, professional and helpful. The #1 complaint that I have was the fact that they did not have a ventilation system in place. the smoke was very thick as can be inside to a point where it started to feel uncomfortable to smoke as the night went on. I love my cigars, but got dam !!!! My advice to the owner......when you know their is an event happening like this, such as the Big Smoke, make sure to have enough waitresses or waiters to assist with customers needs. Its Vegas, so I'm sure with the amount of money coming in, you can also afford to purchase a top quality ventilation system. Just my thoughts on this. I recently had the pleasure of visiting Montecristo Cigar Bar at the Paris Las Vegas, and I have to say, it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the elegant French-inspired décor and the comfortable, relaxed atmosphere. But what truly made my visit exceptional was the outstanding service, especially from our server, Martina. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. Kim went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, offering helpful recommendations from their extensive cigar. Her warm personality and genuine enthusiasm truly elevated our experience. The cigar selection at Montecristo is impressive, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. The state-of-the-art ventilation system ensures a comfortable environment for both smokers and non-smokers alike. The drink menu is equally impressive, with a curated selection of fine whiskeys, cocktails, and other beverages to complement your cigar. They’re supposed to open at 11am. We arrived at 11:10 am and they weren’t open yet. As we stood there, the guy who works in the humidor unlocked the door and didn’t acknowledge us. I had to ask him where everyone was. He said “bartender must be late, probably be a few minutes” and then closed the door. After a few minutes, we were let in as the staff were sliding chairs and tables all over the place, obviously in bad moods and seeing us as an inconvenience that we would show up at their scheduled opening time. The server was extremely rude and when nobody greeted us and we stood there confused, we chose a chair to sit in and she told us to stop because she hadn’t finished setting up the floor she said. Not, “sorry I’m behind right now, feel free to sit at the bar while I set up your table” or something. Another customer got the same treatment we did and spoke to a manager and the manager backed up what the unprofessional server was doing as if the customers were the problem. Once we were finally seated to have the cigars we already bought from them, we had to flag the server down 3 times to get service when there were only 3 people in the entire place.
