I went Into the location at forum shops hoping to exchange a ring that was to big after having already tried once but Yet again the ring was to large for my finger . I went into this location because it was convenient at the time but that was a huge mistake . MACEE the worker there was extremely rude she did not help at all and actually made me feel uncomfortable. She even once rolled her eyes right I front of me and said something rude about her manager. ( not that the manager was any help at all she was actually very rude too) She continuously told me that exchanges are only allowed once but that she would “help me this one time” but she did not . After waiting patiently for 20 minutes I left with no exchange and a terrible experience . I felt as if it was criminal that i was trying to exchange a ring THAT DID NOT FIT ME . for something the exact same price . Terrible customer service here and these people should learn to be...

Had an awful experience here. I’m local so thankfully there’s other locations with better service. I went in just to look at charms for Christmas but I told the associate I was not purchasing anything that day, but appreciate the help. She then began to show me a bunch of stuff I didn’t ask to see, and kept showing me the Vegas charms even though I said I was local and had already purchased some of them. DO NOT GO THIS STORE. We get really bad experience here. First we choose a necklace chain for $125. The sale girl state they only sale is for a whole set. So we pick another one for $35 and when we check out the sale state this chain is $40 instead $35. They said $35 is only a price for themselves to see.(???whaaat) So we look on internet pandora offical web. We found the necklace online is $35, but the sale state THE PRICE DONT COUNT. So we left, interesting thing is the necklace they state only sale for a set, you could buy necklace only online for $65. Dont go there again, they are bunch liars try to fool the tourists.
