I had an incredible experience at the Ray-Ban store located at 3500 S Las Vegas Blvd E07B, Las Vegas, NV 89109 on September 4th, 2025. From the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel welcomed and taken care of. Every staff member on shift was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help, which made the visit feel more like a personalized shopping experience than a simple transaction.
I want to give special recognition to Jesse, who went above and beyond. He not only guided me through the product line with patience and expertise but also took the time to understand my style and needs, ensuring I left with the perfect pair. His professionalism, product knowledge, and positive energy truly elevated the experience.
The store itself was well-organized, and the product line was impressive â a wide range of classic favorites and fresh new designs that make it hard to leave with just one pair.

The glasses were less than a year old, so I expected they would be covered under the manufacturer's warranty. However, the store staff told me they couldnât help and claimed the warranty only applies if I bought the glasses directly from them. I was shocked, but I needed glasses urgently, so I ended up buying a new pair from them â along with their protection plan â because I believed I had no other option. A few months later, my wife called Ray-Ban customer support directly, and we found out that my original glasses WERE covered under the manufacturerâs warranty all along! This means the store misled me and pressured me into buying another pair unnecessarily. I feel cheated and extremely disappointed by how this situation was handled. I trusted the staff, but instead of helping me, they gave me false information and cost me a lot of money.    Read moreI have owned a beautiful pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses for 4 years now. While on a bus coming back from the Grand Canyon, the arm fell off my glasses. I miraculously found the pin! When I returned to my hotel on the Las Vegas strip, I desperately tried to find a place to fix them (as I tried to fix them myself, with no luck). Sunglass hut wouldnât help me, neither would any optical places. Finally someone told me Ray-Ban was at Caesarâs Palace. I went there (April 7, 2024), expecting to have to pay to fix them or to be told I needed to buy new glasses, but I was wrong! There were 2 women working in the store who were INCREDIBLE! They fixed my glasses for free, cleaned them, & were very friendly & supportive. I wish I had realized sooner that there was an actual Ray-Ban store close to my hotel. I would recommend their glasses, they stand by their product & this store, in particular, was really helpful!
