I scheduled an appointment on May 30th, 2023 with Shi to do my lashes. It was my first time getting lashes done and I was very eager to get them and I saw that UR Beauty had almost 5 stars so I booked an appointment. That day I had arrived a few minutes early and already I was having an issue finding the place and on top of that Shi was 10 minutes late to my appointment. When she came we went up the stairs to her room and it did look pleasing in there and comfortable. She asked me to lay on the table and I told her it was my first time getting lashes done, she was taking a look at my lashes and told me that I have thin lashes. She began to work on my eyes but didn’t ask me before hand what I would want or did not ask me for reference photos. I was trying to make conversation with her while getting my eyelashes done and she proceeded to say “Oh you like to talk a lot huh.” After that I stayed quiet for a few minutes but we started to make small talk. She ended up finishing my lashes fairly quickly but I honestly felt like it was very rushed. She had me open my eyes and instantly every time I blink they would hurt and she told me that it was just because I’ve never gotten them done before so my eyes were sore. I stayed for a few minutes to dry my eyes with her fan and left paying $180 for the eyelashes and left a $20 tip for her time. The experience and job was definitely not worth $200. Before I left she gave me a card on how to keep up with the eyelashes so I followed what it said and did everything I was supposed to and within that same week practically all my lashes fell out. A week later I found a new lash lady who is fantastic and when I went in she was looking at my lashes and told me that Shi glued them way to close to my skin that’s why it was painful every time I blinked. I also told her what Shi said about my lashes being thin and my lash lady said they were fine and even if they were thin, a good lash lady would know how to work with thin lashes. 10/10 don’t recommend going and I really advise for people to do more research if they are planning on...

I was visiting Vegas and wanted to get my brows done for the first time. Shi was extremely accommodating for my availability and checked in in the morning to make sure that I was still coming when I totally overslept. she discussed with me what she recommended and continued to check if I was happy with the decisions she was making throughout the process.

Shi is extremely detailed and genuinely cares about how her work turns out. She also just seems like a beautiful person both inside and out as well.

I ended up getting ombre nano brows which she explained last longer and are healthier for the brows than micro blading. I also got my lashes lifted which turned out pretty good, but my lashes are pretty short to begin with. I also tried to start the teeth whitening for a one hour session and after 15 minutes my teeth started to hurt me quite a bit. Definitely wasn't her fault and I'm not sure why my teeth were feeling so sensitive, but she really only charged me for a fraction of the price when I couldn't continue.

I greatly appreciated the friendly conversation, good vibes and music, and overall consideration. I would recommend Shi to literally anyone that is thinking about getting their lashes or brows done in the area. she literally has me considering flying to Vegas every time I need some thing done haha!

We all know how difficult (and frustrating) it is to find your “person” (lash person that is... I can’t help you with a significant other).

Anyway, Shi became my person immediately after my first appointment with her. I lived in LA for 6 years prior to moving to Vegas and even though I had a great person there, I was always looking for a better experience (after all that’s a part of what you’re paying for). I knew after meeting Shi that she’d be my go to esthetician, not just lash artist.

The reason you’re here: Through her results, it’s evident that she’s a master esthetician and lash expert. Her lash work is impeccable! I’ve never had anyone better than her to do my lashes (nope, not even in LA). They last long, she makes her clusters from scratch so they look more natural (if that’s what you’re aiming for, if not — go all the way off then, boo!), she keeps her products fresh and up to date, and she teaches & trains other estheticians in the lash industry!

I also love that you can book online so you can see exactly what her availability is and don’t have the hassle of trying to figure out whether or not your schedules align. Her prices are very reasonable especially for the level of talent. I HIGHLY recommend Shi for lashes, micro blading, training and pretty much anything else esthetician related....
