We had an incredible experience with Mark in the UNLV admissions office! My daughter was mistakenly flagged as an out-of-state student due to her online high school being based in Iowa, even though we are Nevada residents. Initially, the registrar’s office told us we couldn’t apply for a residency correction until July 1, which would have put us at a huge disadvantage for in-state scholarship opportunities.

Mark went above and beyond to help us navigate the process and get personalized attention from the registrar’s office.
