First, people are really friendly overall, especially the receptionist. Very clean, beautiful establishment. Checking in was a breeze. I was offered a beverage. Foot massage was great and pedicure options were great. This is why I gave 2 stars and not 0 stars.
Where the problem lies is the rest of the experience. I asked for an option to make my feet feel softer and help remove calluses so I spent $75 for a jelly pedicure. I was excited for this pampering session because of my crazy, hectic life and I needed spoiling and not to worry about anything. The first problem was when she only added callus remover to 1 foot and then walked away and came back and used a cheese grater on the foot she didn't add the remover to. When I told her she didn't add the remover, she told me she did and called me a liar like I'm not going to notice if one of my feet were wet and the other was dry. She added some and then dragged the grater across my feet so hard I wanted to cry. There are cuts at the bottom of my feet now and dividens where skin was not evenly removed. I became quiet after this and on edge where I couldn't relax. She cut my nails and then never filed them to round the edges and make them straight but I stayed quiet not wanting her to keep hurting me and decided to fix that at home after. And then she literally threw the brush across my nails and got paint all over and there are bubbles in my polish, grabbed a brush to clean the edges and sloppily cleaned the mess, leaving polish all over my toes still. I have to do the whole pedicure over at home now and I have cuts in my feet from a cheese grater which should never be used on a person's feet anyway and I'm pretty sure this is why.
Like I said, people were nice, but it wasn't worth the pain and money I spent for a time I REALLY needed to relax. I don't recommend this place or maybe just avoid the lady...

Okay sis! We're not gatekeepers over here hunty!!
I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the Treat Me Like a Queen pedicure at Golden Hour Nail Spa, and it truly lived up to its name! From the moment I walked in, I was enveloped by the chic and serene ambiance. The spa exudes luxury, with soft lighting, elegant decor, and calming music that instantly set the mood for relaxation. It was a great start to my boyfriend's birthday weekend here in Las Vegas!
The pedicure itself was an absolute treat. The attention to detail was impeccable--my technician was incredibly skilled and made sure every step felt indulgent. The exfoliating scrub, followed by the moisturizing mask, left my feet softer than they've ever been. The hot stone massage was the perfect touch, melting away any tension. To top it all off, they use premium products that not only feel amazing but also smell divine. The package also includes drinks and a fruit & cheese platter!
The overall vibe of the spa is one of pure tranquility and luxury. It's clear that Golden Hour Nail Spa prides itself on providing an elevated experience, and they definitely succeeded. Whether you're looking to treat yourself or need a little pampering, the Treat Me Like a Queen pedicure is a must-try! I left feeling completely rejuvenated and pampered. Highly recommend!

Read moreThis is hands down the best salon I have ever been to. My daughter and I went for pedicures and since we were new tho this salon, I didn't want to spend a lot of money on the best pedicure they offered. Now I wish I would have because even the one that I got was AMAZING!!! The price is a little higher than most places but when I say we'll worth it. I mean it. We added on a kids pedi fir my granddaughter who is only 6 years old. The staff really made us feel welcome and accepted the 6 year old with open arms. The pivot to add her on did not seem like it was an issue. The chairs were comfortable and well maintained. The salon itself was clean and set up in a comfortable spacious way that did not sem too crowded. Hannah was a Rockstar and even applied a first time discount which who doesn't like to save a little money? I would have been just as happy paying full price. If you ever go, request Hannah. She was very attentive and pleasant. They did not try to upsell (Thank Goddess) and all the staff there did not speak in a foreign language which might sound a bit racist but in my defense, you know they are talking about clients when they start talking to their tech friends in an alternative language and start ignoring you. If you have experienced this, then you jnow what i mean. Every single customer was happy and relaxed all due to their professionalism and quality service.
Thank you Hannah from start to finish, we were...
