Piranha Nightclub — Restaurant in Paradise

We visited from the UK. I really wanted to visit as I have a lot of reverence for queens like Larry Edwards, Yara Sophia, etc who had come from this legendary club and wanted to say I'd visited and had a good time.

I've travelled the globe extensively including the US, and been to so many amazing gay bars. This is without a doubt the single worst venue I have EVER attended. I've tried to be as objective as possible as each person will have a different experience and expectation of a venue.

Firstly the security staff were rude. Perhaps it is because we don't have this as much in England but the bouncer was curt and rude, demanding to see my ID. I produced my passport and he was clearly confused and I explained what it was (I.e. a legal document) and in addition I was born in the 1980s so clearly of age. He sushed me and then let me in.

The people on the desk taking the fees were rude. $40 entrance fee to what is basically a shack on the side of the road with no shows, drinks packages etc was extortionate.

Upon entering....I've never seen anything as tacky in my life. The music in each "room" (I say this as you couldn't as far as I could tell differentiate one area from another) was very generic, loud and had zero flare or personality. Just random mismatched songs played. Couldn't determine if it was a theme or genre night as it was so random.

Drinks were watered down but I must say were relatively cheap.

Gogo dancers were smutty and seemed uncomfortable. This might be a cultural thing as we don't really have this as much in the UK but the way customers pawed over them inappropriately was dire. Management should protect their integrity more.

To say this is, I was led to believe, one of the most exclusive and best gay bars in all of Las Vegas, it was mediocre at best. I was absolutely disappointed and would not recommend non locals from wasting their time because whatever magic they may have had to have established such a reputation...

Speaking of the crowd, it's the most inclusive and welcoming mix you could ask for. Everyone's there to let loose, have fun, and celebrate life in all its fabulous forms. No judgment, just pure acceptance and good vibes. You'll find yourself dancing with strangers, singing along to iconic anthems, and feeling more connected than ever before.

Piranha Club isn't just a club; it's an experience. It's a sensory overload of fun, music, and drag that will leave you grinning ear to ear and begging for more. So grab your sequins, your dancing shoes, and your inner diva, and head to Piranha. Just be warned: you might just get bitten by the fun bug, and it's the most delicious bite you'll ever take!

I've constantly been coming to piranha nightclub for over 10 years give or take for my birthday every year. For the same reason I've always had a blast and has never been disappointed. I love how you can have choices depending on the day of the week you go. As there is about 3 different dance floors with different music 2 big outdoor patios. Great drinks and VIP service. They definitely have reasonable prices for being a club that big in Vegas.There staff has always been very respectful as have I.Even when I'm intoxicated.I only say that because I've seen messy drunks not being able to handle the liquor and can get out of control but yet those are the same people that will write a bad review. With that being said I just got back from my vegas trip once again sep 2-7th,2022! I once again had a blast! Except that on my second night of going out to Piranha Nightclub I left my wallet, phone, credit cards,I'd, cash. Probably somewhere outside or a bathroom who knows. I tried to go look for it and was gone I thought to my self I'm screwed! my birthday trip is ruined! It felt like I had lost everything and now I wouldn't be able to get back home with all that missing. I woke up the next day and immediately tracked my phone to see where it was at. After trying to call it multiple times but I thought that would not help since my ringer was off.I was so blessed!!! the next day when I went back to ask if they had found it and they did! And not only that but everything was still there including all the cash I had.FOREVER THANKFUL !! to Piranhas Nightclub and all the staff,and security for finding my wallet and for such an honest establishment. I now have even more respect for this Nightclub and will always stay a very loyal customer! Hope to...
