The Wedding Salons at Wynn Las Vegas — Attraction in Paradise

Got ID not once, but three times. My family paid lots of money to have their wedding here. Upon ceremony arrival they ID me when I was brides maid and staying at the resort. I told them I was 22 and with my family and had a ID picture on my phone. ANDREA refused it and I went to my room and grabbed my ID. Then Andrea took me outside the reception room bent my ID and let me through. When I went for my second drink she ID me AGAIN. I was already embarrassed in front of my family and the bridal partying having to go back to my room to retrieve my ID when no one else at the bridal party or the reception was ID. Then after I was ID after the second time she went to the groom and pointed me asked if I was 21 + after she seen my ID twice. He verified and said I was 22 and his niece. I was very embarrassed and it was very unprofessional. I was ID NOT ONCE, TWICE BUT THREE TIMES BY ANDREA. I was 22 and an ID WAS NOT ENOUGH. I honestly felt bullied and embarrassed to have to through that harassment when no one in the bridal party or even the reception had to show their ID or be verified by the bride or groom. I felt as if it was racially motivated since I was an Asian American and everyone else was not. I would avoid this...

Extremely disappointed in the planning process and photography service.

They did not take a single good photo of our first kiss or aisle kiss. Their photography service is "included" but they charge $1200+ to purchase just a download of the digital files. The only gave us 75 photos of the entire ceremony and many of them were crooked, out of focus, people not looking the same direction or making an awkward face.

I found the planning process to be disorganized and extremely inefficient. There were errors on every single invoice or contract they sent. Additionally, the form they ask you to fill out with all your wedding details is a PDF with no set text boxes that requires a PDF editor or you must print and fill the form out by hand.

I do want to note that the venue is beautiful and the event itself went smoothly. In my opinion, that is not worth it for the difficult planning process and...

My experience is always amazing at The Wynn and Encore, and my fiancée and I have been going several times a year since it's opening. We look forward to each and every memorable stay, and because of this, we chose the Wynn wedding salons, specifically the Primrose Courtyard, to get married this year. Jalan, the wedding planner is one of the nicest people I've ever met and I consider her not only my planner now, but also our friend. Yes this hotel comes with premium rates.... but guys you are getting five star service. We also love our casino host, Joseph Deep, and our favorite restaurant for special occassions is Andreas. The grounds are lovely and fun with very chic details. Also, I've been lucky in the casino!
