ALO — Local services in Paramus

I went to Willowbrook Alo store since there's one closer to me now and to my surprise that the girls at GSP didn't even write down my name when I put my phone number down was disappointing already because their service every single time was subpar . I have always spent a good amount of money since I became a customer. When I go shopping, I don't wear anything flashy or something to indicate my status symbol. I feel definitely discriminated by the girls that work at this location. My pockets are burning to spend but their attitude definitely left bad taste .Thankfully, at Willowbrook Osmara helped me out and the rest of the staff was 10/10 accommodating and definitely what a service worker at a mall should be like . First time going in store and i was really excited. So disappointed staff was rude to me multiple times. Instead of having a system when there is a line the staff waits till it gets busy then gets frustrated and starts yelling at everyone to make a line on the side. Not even saying it nicely. “Everyone needs to line up over here” no organized system what so ever. when i came up to the register the girl didn’t even greet me. My total came up didn’t even tell me the total said “put your card there without even seeing what my form of payment was. Then didn’t even say have a nice day just told me “hit email receipt” and pushed my bag towards me to talk on her microphone to another staff member. Poor excellence 3 days in a row. Looking to pick up something for our son's birthday, in store pickup would be 3-5 days so I decided to go in person for the clothes only to be told they didn't have them. After about 10 minutes of working with an employee, she appeared to grow bored with me and just sort of shrugged her shoulders and faded away. I left with nothing. Came back the next day with wife and older son and got more of the same. Sale's associate convinced us Medium would fit because her boyfriend, who was much buffer than my older son who wears a large, and her boyfriend wears a medium.
