I ordered a pair of sneakers on jd sports website and paid with PayPal , I received the sneakers and didnât like , I was told by customer service that I could return the sneakers with 1 of two ways, send it in the mail which would take 5/7 days or return in the store which would be faster / instant, I go in this store with the sneakers to return them, the short guy with the beard tells me since I paid with PayPal that they would have to send me an confirmation in my email even though he is taking my returned sneakers and giving me no type of receipt , I said to the guy how are you gonna take my shoes and give me nothing to say that you have taken my sneakers, jd sports sent me an email with a shipping label, I asked the guy why are they sending me this when you took my sneakers, he said thatâs how it is done , I told him jd sports need to come up with a better way to do this because this is ridiculous you gonna take my item and give me nothing, he told me to expect another email from customer service , that email never came , here it is 4 days since I returned the item in store and no refund , I had to file a dispute with PayPal because it seems like they donât want to give me my money back and they have their product, this will be my last time ordering anything from jd sports online, this has been the worst experience that I have had returning an item in store that I purchased online, they need to revamp they way this return process works .thank god I used PayPal to pay. An associate rang me up...... talk about unprofessional and rude. It's the holidays, and you figure they would ask if I wanted a gift receipt. Nope, she said I should've asked at the beginning of the transaction. When she finally got me the gift receipt, she put it in the bag and didn't say anything, just says next. I also double-checked from another finish line store about having the model and size I wanted, which they reassured me they had. That was wrong. I suggest you drive out to Palisades Mall instead; they go above and beyond, and their customer service is excellent. Either that or just shop online. I definitely won't suggest this...

My boyfriend and I were trying to buy a pair of sneakers, a hat, and a T-shirt, but my Mastercard was declined. My boyfriend then tried his apple pay, and the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked to check out with another cashier, the employee refused and told us to âwalk to the food courtâ to find an ATM instead of trying to help us.
We ended up walking all the way to the food court to get cash, and when we came back, we went to another cashier who was polite and processed the payment easily through Apple Pay â no issues at all.
