They rented out a faulty PlayStation 5 that permanently damaged a $300 dollar device and they don’t care that it did. Your policy doesn’t say you’re not liable for damages so you’re most certainly are. I paid for the month only had it a week have another item here not put together right it’s now coming up on the month I only had the PlayStation a week with no reimbursement. So I would not recommend going to this store. Management doesn’t care about policy or their customers if they’ll ripoff a person on disability and act like it ain’t their problem. So take my advice and don’t do business with these people cause it’s a total of a 500+ dollar loss if you add up equipment I paid for that is not here plus the $300 dollar device their faulty...
