Very friendly staff. They went above and beyond!! We were having a hard time deciding on what color couch would go best with our current one which we had also purchased from Ivan Smith . We all moved throw pillows around and checked the lighting with the colors - a long process yet they never stopped helping us. So happy with the staff and the service provided by the great people at Ivan Smith in Paris, Texas. The customer service at Ivan Smith is above all others. Cory walked us thru several options & has the patience of a good sales rep. They even went above & beyond my expectations & held my furniture until I was ready for delivery. Which actually took 6 months. Now who does that at a furniture store. Only calling me on occasion to see if I was ready. I would put this retailer on the best of the best to shop for your furniture. The sales people were not helicopter sales reps, they allowed me to look on my own and then assisted when I did have questions. The rep and I discussed mattress options and I told him what I was looking for. He pointed me to the options that were available then told me to take my time and check them all out so I could make the best decision. Once I made up my mind as to what I wanted to purchase everything went smoothly from payment to delivery! Ivan Smith delivery guys worked quickly but were very careful about their surroundings and my cat! My 1st night of sleep on my new mattress was bliss.
