Ashley is the best. It was a tough day for me...a really really tough day, actually. But something she said and likely thought nothing of and wouldnt recall lifted my spirits and brightened the rest of my day. I don't generally have much love for phones as I must frequently use them to tediously enter long strings of model/serial numbers, and that tedium has always gotten old pretty quickly with my nerve damaged finger and thumb, but based on the confidence she had in a phone I might otherwise have discounted, my level of satisfaction with the not inconsiderable purchas, is thus far unmatched by any previous upgrade, ever. My new phone is proving to have the most ergonomic and precise on-screen keyboard I have ever used since the galaxy mega, way back in 2013, which was a ridiculous brick, besides the on-screen keyboard and its ease of use by my fat fingers. I no longer have to be so pedantic about proofreading an entry block to ensure I haven't mistyped the text, before moving to the next entry field. Based on her experience and expertise she matched me with just the right device to suit my needs.I still don't love phones, but I do not mind using mine, again, after a half dozen generations of galaxies and iphones...thank you, tmobile.. Bought device, got home, no 5G coverage anywhere on my property. l left the device on during the trip back to the store to return, and closest 5G coverage was miles away from my home. Upon return to store, Alfredo was told to check with tech folks who only then said no coverage at my address. Got a refund but hit with a $50 restock fee. Yeah, they advised me before purchase, but they also assured me my address had 5G coverage. I trusted their representation. They enrolled me into a plan that wasn’t correct, they messed up and forgot to add one of the phones we were trading in and had to correct it which has messed my account up making it where that line isn’t providing the correct discount. They also said the 3rd line was free, which it’s not, it’s $30 more a month when I didn’t even need the 3rd line. It’s been hell trying to get this fixed every month I’ve been billed.
