Worst experience ever! I took at least 5 totes to this place in August of 2018. I have tried to reach the owner 3x (From January - March of 2019) before I got a response that I could pick up the remainder of my items. I went yesterday to pick up my things and money for what they decided to keep. She informed me that they could not find ANY of my things but gave me $93 for the things they "decided " to keep. Not only did I lose all of the rest of my things but she returned only one of my totes! I cannot imagine running a business like this. Accidents happen but we own them, especially when the error is on your end! I am disappointed in this experience and will NEVER shop or speak positively about this business! Best consignment shop in Parkersburg!! I shop for all the children in my life at this store! Excellent pricing, clothes are in great shape and they almost always have a decent selection of sizes. I've been known to go in and clear them out of certain sizes, lol. LOTS of clothes to choose from! I got 9 items for $31. Originally $65 without the 55% off sale. Only complaint is the prices are high if not on sale. Walmart and SHEIN items $15-20+ which is more than the original cost. A little more expensive than goodwills however it’s for a small business.
