I'm sorry to say, I agree with many of the low star reviews. I don't like giving a bad review. On 3 separate visits over the past 4 months, at different times , 2 very busy and one not . unfortunately we were disappointed. Wait time, organization, courtesy, knowledge, Order portion consistency and lack of ingredients are all a problem. However, to double down with rudeness, with a "NOPE WE CAN'T DO THAT OR WE DON'T HAVE THAT, OH WELL ATTITUDE" I witnessed as I endlessly waited was ruff. PLEASE CONSIDER YOUR MANAGEMENT, RETRAIN AND REGROUP! That's a professional opinion ,not meant to be rude. (It's What I do. Regroup businesses for higher demands and a clear path to greater success, thus more money and freedom. I'm good at it ) It's cleanliness of the place is concerning and safe food handling as well. I had to give back my order after it was handled with bare hands and fell on the counter side , I couldn't believe They served it to me! No $ was exchanged, So I politely explained my reason to decline the order. However, my friends order was not cooked through and Guacamole was brown. That's when the OH WELL attitude happened to us after I had no food from the counter spill debacle and bare hand scooped back into bowl Salad I was supposed to eat!? And Now, No Refund for her inedible meal? Hmm... Its messy, not fresh and disorganized. OK POST COV19, Right Now People need to TRUST their FOOD is SAFE. And Workers are Using Proper Safety for Themselves and the Customers. Use this time to improve your restaurant. Especially now there's a high demand for delivery. Fixing the seriuos review issues would be great. Win Win for you and the neighborhood especially when places are able to open for full service again . Clearly People Want "Chipotle" but do they want to eat your food and order from your location is...
Read moreThe ABSOLUTE worst attitude and service given by the employee cashier: REID (short, tattoos, glasses, soft voice, will not make eye contact or speak to you). He was so incredibly rude (even before I actually had to go back in to ask him for a new bowl and bag because my bowl’s lid was not properly sealed and leak all over my white shirt, pants, shoes and noticed it as I was getting my my car because my bag was ripping). He would not acknowledge me as I tried to get his attention nicely and make eye contact. Clearly I came back to the register because there was an issue (I literally just paid and left 30 seconds ago). He finally looks at me after I had been standing there patiently and puts his hand up as to stop me and I must wait to speak. I finally just jump in and say I’m so sorry but my bowl is soaked through and leaking everywhere from the bag got all over me. He looks at me and I am not kidding…..like I’m the teacher from Charlie Brown and all he hears is “Whop whop whoppppp”…like I don’t even know if he was there in this store with me or on another planet. No emotion no words nothing just stares at me with an open mouth. He then takes 30 seconds to process what I had just said puts a paper bag on the counter and again will not look at me. Baffled I ask a bowl too please and then he finally looks up and just stares at me like how dare I. I walked away from the counter and asked 2 employees what his name was, they both said I don’t know. So I then went back up to this lovely cashier and asked him his name myself. He absolutely refused…knowing obviously a review was marinating but I definitely saw a little more energy and eye contact after that. Luckily I had my receipt. REID…your name is REID. You should absolutely not be at the front engaging...
Read moreThis is my main Chiptole, and honestly I’m not happy with the service here. There’s this one employee that’s there sometimes when I go in, he’s short with tattoos, glasses, and he’s kind of emo looking. He has a strange attitude for someone whose job is customer service. The few times he’s checked me out, he looks annoyed to be there, and looks annoyed at me for being there. This has happened so many times, It makes me not want to go there, like he has something personal against customers. I’m saying this as a 19 year old who works at a restaurant. I have things going on in my life and bad days too, but I never take it out on a customer or make them uncomfortable. The other day I came to this location and the employee I previously mentioned was at the register. I placed an online order, so I stood by the pick up shelf, waiting for someone to ask my name (as you know they hand you the orders now, they don’t put them on the shelf.) So I stood there waiting for a bit, while said employee was checking a few people out. I had thought that maybe he’d help me out once he was done, but when he finished he looked at me, and went to the bathroom. Which is fine, he is a human, but the thing that made me most upset, was when he came out of the bathroom, he asked the boy behind me who he’s picking up for. He just completely ignored me multiple times, and even after he gave the boy his food, he looked at me and started to walk away, so I had to tell him I was also picking up. I’m not sure if he’s on something or just genuinely has a lack of acknowledgment. To add: I’ve seen other bad reviews of this specific boy and I’m wondering why he’s...
