Aaron's Rent To Own — Local services in Parma

Sad to say the Aaron's I've been going to on Snow Rd disappointed me. First off the person there was great. It was the delivery of my merchandise that started the disappointment. The delivery person told me that one of the chairs had a nick on it when they picked it up. First mistake for them because I took pictures of the set I bought in the store and there was nothing wrong with the chairs. So I called and sent the pictures. I talked to Nick the manager and sent pictures. All I get is the product is on demand. It's been a month and I still haven't gotten a different chair nor has anyone called to tell me when I'm getting another chair but they get their payment on time through auto pay. I guess I have to find another store and return the set I really liked. This will be the last time I try Aaron's. My advice to all is take pictures at the store to prove what you ordered was...
