EDITED TO UPDATE:after leaving my review, which honestly was as kind as possible, my orders continue to be messed up. Deliberately switching cold foam for WHIP CREAM when we pay extra for it, is absolutely unacceptable. I tried so hard with the staff here, always leave a generous tip and always treat them with kindness and respect. Some of the workers are so sweet and wonderful too. I truly grasp how hard working in the service industry is, but not providing product that is paid for and being sneaky about it, WRONG. I never receive money back or a refund when they don’t provide what I paid for either. I think they hope I don’t notice, but we do. The drinks are expensive enough and this just feels like theft. $1 extra per drink ADDS UP. Please do better and stop ripping your client base off. We won’t be returning to this location. ———————————————————————————— I really struggle to negatively review a business in the service industry because I worked in it for so long and it is really not an easy job to deal with mentally and is always slammed with customers, on top of having to deal with probably many rude people. And I am not ok with treating service industry workers as if they aren’t people too. The issue I’m having with this particular branch is that vanilla sweet cream cold foam cost an extra $1.00 on top of your coffee order (it’s time consuming to make and slows down the flow of the day, so I get it can be a pain in the rear end) but I order cold foam with every drink I buy and on SEVERAL occasions (more than 5 now), they won’t make it and put whip cream on instead and hope I don’t notice. I notice and it’s super inconsiderate and honestly messed up because I paid extra for that particular topping and not to get it consistently is not ok. I hate having to say “hey this isn’t what I ordered” and their response being “oh we’re really busy” it’s clearly written on the label and I paid for something I’m not getting. It’s super frustrating and makes me avoid ordering from this particular location as much as I can. It’s expensive enough and to not get what you pay...
Read moreIt doesn't surprise me when I came on here and see negative comments about this location. I ordered a pumpkin spice latte this evening, and as I'm driving away, take a sip, and realize there is no pumpkin or sweetener or anything in it. Plain as ever and tasted terrible because they put the whipped cream on top with cinnamon. I turn around and go back to the drive thru window to let the barista know, a young girl with dark hair--didn't get her name, unfortunately, that there's no pumpkin flavor in it, and she proceeds to get an attitude with me and says "yes, I made the pumpkin spice latte and it has four pumps in it." I try to explain that it doesn't--there's absolutely no flavor to it, and she looks wide eyed at me and says "well, do you want eight pumps then?" discounting what I'm telling her. I just drove away in frustration. Starbucks, you need to get rid of this person! Horrible customer service and an attitude. Where did the philosophy go that the customer is always right. This person is not suited for customer service or being the face of Starbucks. I am a loyal Starbucks customer and called corporate and was given a $10.00 credit, however, it doesn't make up for the terrible experience. And to top it off I gave a $5 tip--she deserved 0!!! I will never go back to...
Read moreIt’s taken me years to write a review for this location because it’s the one I used to go to most, but over the years their customer service as well as their product has dwindled. They get my order wrong 80% of the time. I understand they’re busy but it’s extremely frustrating when I’m not only stuck waiting for my coffee, but then get something I didn’t order? My standard is usually just espresso and milk— no sweetener, no frills. Yet, somehow, I usually end up with a drink that has sweetener or the wrong milk. So then I’m stuck pulling back into the parking lot, parking, and waiting inside for a new order. I used to come to this location daily years ago, but receiving the wrong order constantly deterred me from giving them my business. I tried it again about a month ago and it was good two times in a row but the last couple of times it’s been wrong the same way and wastes time during my morning commute. I don’t know if it’s lack of training for the baristas? Some of them seem really nice and are quick to rectify an order. Some, on the other hand, seem to care less. I will continue patronizing other Starbucks locations that...
