They were quick to call me twice today to sell me something else for my home and to tell me one of the couches that I ordered was broken and actually tried to see if I wanted to take the broken couch and someone come and fix it I told them I would be home at 5:30 they said the driver got here around 5:40 someone knocked in our front door which I did not answer mind you I already have a washer and dryer from this company and when they got to my home to deliver it the drivers called me to tell me they were here at my home and even waited for me because I stepped out (this is when I got my washer and dryer).
I called the store to find out where the deliver was Chris decided to tell me they driver came and left they are not required to call their customers when they arrive to their home. Now back to the “front door” my front door is in front of a road there is no where to park and no where to the pull the truck up to so common sense would be to come through the back where the parking lot is. The fact that Chris told me “We are not required to call” actually shows you don’t care about your customers or employees because you would rather work your employees work double instead of having the driver call the customer? So now they have to return to my home for a second time to deliver something that should’ve been here today which is only going to be one sofa instead of two because I was being nice enough to wait on the second one because the other one is damaged mind you I already made a payment on and signed the lease! Bad business because of this I will not be a customer any longer after my items...
Read moreMy fiance and I got a fridge for a house that we were moving into. The lease on it was for two years. I now have five or six more payments left and every month this year so far I have paid my payment early besides one month and it was the next day. Not that it's any ones business but I did not receive my child support last week and had to use my check for groceries. My payment was due today so once I was able to take a break from my busy work schedule I called to let them know I would be able to pay exactly a week from today as well as pay the late fee that I knew I would be charged. The man I spoke to was just extremely rude and pushy. I work in a similar type of place where we expect our clients to pay as well. But I have never talked to clients that way. He was assuming that I was lying about my payday. I told him I got paid every two weeks and he replied that means I should have gotten paid today. Then had to explain myself on my payday, my child support, Ect. I am very unhappy with this service and how all they seem to care about is getting my money. Once I'm done with my payments on my fridge I don't plan to come...
Read moreI am a customer of this store.. Been have problems with me drier. Sent it in for repair and every time it took longer the a week.. When i got it back it worked for about 20 loads and it would do the same thing. It wouldn't start.. Had this drier "fixed" three different times.. This time after paying it off they for sure just blew me off and had to buy one out right.. After i pay the rest of my stuff off i will not get anything from them ever again.. If your people can't fix something then why use them? This will cost you more people like me and will have reviews like this.. To Aarons you really need to fix this issue.. But its to late for an apology so please don't...
