Wasted my time for a whole month. Applied for a PC bundle, got approved and told my PC would be delivered the next day around a certain time. Next day came and the time frame they gave me passed and nothing. So I called to see what was going on because of course no one called to update me on anything. Was told it was definitely going to be delivered and give them extra time. Mind you this day was also my birthday. Which I thought I was getting a PC so I was fine with waiting and then I could celebrate my birthday later that night. So the time they gave me came and passed, STILL nothing and the store was also closed so I couldn’t call. Texted the manager and he replied to me around 9pm saying he will look into as soon as he got back to the store because he was on his way back there. Never texted me back. Next morning I called and basically kept getting the run around. So after a few weeks I got pretty fed up with the BS and texted both the associate that was “helping” me and the manager stating “should I just cancel and get a refund? because no one is telling me what’s going on, y'all keep telling me I’m going to get it this day and then this day, but never showing up”. The associate replies saying she went ahead and told the manger that I wanted to cancel and I will see my refund in 5-7 business days. I replied saying “hold up I never told you to cancel anything I specifically ASKED a question as you can see there is a question mark. She responds saying yes already done have a good day. So I eventually get in contact with the manager and I explained to him that I asked the girl a simple question and she interrupted that into cancelling it. He’s like no it’s not cancelled the situation is that we thought we had everything in stock, but we don’t so I had to put in a order. OK SO WHY COULDN’T NO ONE JUST TELL ME THAT INSTEAD OF LYING TO ME FOR WEEKS HAVING ME STAY AT HOME ON MY BIRTHDAY WAITING FOR SOMETHING THAT WASN’T EVEN THERE????? That is what I wanted to say but I STILL kept it professional and said ok I have no problem with waiting for everything to come in, can y’all just keep me updated? He agrees and even says “I will have one of the girls call you every single day to update you”. Did that happen? Of course not. So I gave it about a week, nothing. Started calling again and the girl answers STILL talking about a refund. I tried to explain to her that me and the manager had a conversation and the order is not cancelled but she kept talking over me then proceeds to tell me have a good day and HANG UP IN MY FACE. So now I’m pissed. But being the person I am I STILL keep it cool. Simply texted the manger and told him what happened. He calls me later that day apologizing and that he guarantees my PC will be delivered that following Monday even if he has to go out and buy the last item he was waiting for to come in (the monitor). SO Monday comes and what? You guessed right NOTHING. Called, texted and no one would reply to me or answer my calls. Following morning tell me why I get a text message from the girl with a picture of a receipt showing they refunded me the money I paid. States “we are unable to complete your order because of system issues”. System issues???????? I texted back and asked what was going on and if I needed to submit a new order. This little girl going to tell me “find another rent place or a different location have a good day”. Long story short, regardless of these good reviews MY EXPERIENCE was horrible. Read moreOk so I went to this buddies to purchase a new bedroom set for my new apartment, this sales associate his name was Ben took me in the back and shown me what they had in stock nothing but junk furniture the beds were dirty and stained the bed head boards and dresser were worn down extremely bad but I was still willing to purchase the bedroom set cuz I was in emergency need of it since I was moving into a new apartment with no bed or anything. I did my paperwork and Ben comes back and tells me his manager didn’t approve my application... so I’m wondering Hmmmm.... how could I possibly get turned down from a buddies rental agency, especially since I had a account from this same buddies store a little over a year ago and I returned that merchandise cuz I was going through financial hardships. When I returned that merchandise a year ago the people told me when I get things back to normal with my life I can come back pick back up we’re I left off with my payments all credit would be forwarded to the new account. Well come to find out the store manager I think her name was Tara, denied my application because she said i owed 178 dollars There’s no way I owed 178 dollars. So I was so mad I tried to get the number to the people over her head, but can you imagine she wouldn’t give me the number. So I left and went to this place called Vantage rental off of Spencer hwy found a nice bedroom set I wanted so did my application pay for my first week on the lease AND signed the lease contract, about Two hours later Vantage calls me and says my application was denied because I had bad credit with buddies, I mean that manager lied and ruined my chances of getting a bed so now I’m in my apartment sleeping on the floor. Read moreTalk about HORRIBLE customer service, I called multiple times and they clearly have a caller ID because they didn’t answer my phone call but I called from my man phone and they answered on the first ring ! The lady who answered immediately was rude and defensive and stated I need to calm down and that the men that work in the office don’t answer the phone and they only have two ppl that work and answer the phone remind you it’s 1pm in the evening and they open at 10am. The lady I spoke with was rude the entire call which made my boyfriend mad and stated we are going to go up there and get my refund because they didn’t hesitate to take my deposit days ago. I’ve never interacted with such an unprofessional company. This was just a lesson to wait and not deal with these type of company’s and I will be calling and reporting them...
