I've been shopping at this location since before they were even here. It used to be called Comic Odyssey before these owners. I had to cancel my subscription because I travel for a living and don't have time to constantly be checking my subscription. They add random comics that you don't sign up for, then automatically charge you if you haven't been by in a while(which is always for me because I travel for a living).
However the nail in the coffin for me was the other day when I was ready to checkout, the spiky haired guy that's usually there has my comics in his hand and right at that moment some random guy walks in and asks about a comic. The employee stops helping me, grabs the comic the other guy asked for and proceeds to check him out before me...I would've walked right out and never returned but I already had paid comics(from the subscription) I needed to pickup.
I never really felt welcomed at Collectors Paradise but I ignored my gut feeling because it was the location I've gotten comics at since 2004. Almost every time I visit I spend a TON on comics and yet still felt like a stranger at a place I've been shopping at since their day one. I won't be returning... You can delete my information you have on profile, I won't be "changing my mind" and resubscribing...

Another customer aproached him and i noticed that he was superwarm and concerned to help this fellow. So I dont know if they judg people by how they seem or not; but definetly not willing to ....at the very least listen and analize if it would ve ben a good deal for them or not. Instead he choose to be right and lost a great deal where we both could ve walked away happy. Good thing Golden Apple was near and they really value...

Also, if you're not going to bag and board all autographed pre-orders, at least let people know that in advance, or give them an option to pay a little extra. I bet you're not too overwhelmed to respond to this feedback. Edit: they seem to think that having extra "creators" sign comics, without even telling you it's happening, or who's signing(ineligible), is some sort of bonus. Also, not boarding and bagging autographed comics individually, when you charge $10 to ship even 1 comic, is kind...
