I conversed with the owner over several weeks. It was going to be a long drive and not easy to do. I wanted to be sure she would have the dog i was hoping for. We talked and I explained to her my situation and needs. She suggested a different dog than the one I was interested in (my interest was by photo only). I made the long drive out to her facility from Santa Barbara. It was a very professionally run compound with a huge variety of animals. She was very kind and professional. I adopted a 17 month old Belgian Malinois. The dog is amazing and healthy and sweet. I'm glad I chose her over the others and even more glad that I listened to her advice/suggestion on which animal. Once we talked in person, she introduced me to her own, personal Malinos. That right there put any other questions in my mind to rest. She knew the breed well. She also gave me an incredible price when all was said and done. That allowed me to spend it on the dog instead. Which I did. Karma is happy and surrounded by attention and love. Im sending some of my family to her for adoptions and suggest you consider her as well. It's people like her that are the angles to these poor animals. Many are just rejected or strays. We adopted a puppy after a long time looking for one. Julia was very commutative with us and extremely friendly. The adoption process was very quick and easy compared to other rescues. The adoption price wasn’t bad at all. Since we adopted a puppy, all the shots and his neutering is included in the adoption fee. Completely unprofessional and I am going to have so much fun with them at small claims. I was polite the first time my car ran away but when he was permanently gone, I asked for a refund since it was fraud. They (Angel) had the audacity to tell me it was my fault. Awesome.
