This Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf is among the best within the chain. Service is always consistently the best, friendly, sincere, kind, helpful, where not just one or two give this service, they all do . The drinks are consistently excellent. If you're not satisfied, they will make it over. Light muffins, pastries do the job. Nothing special. Coffee Bean could really improve in this area as well as seasonal special drinks. Imo, corporate decides what to serve. A "classic cheese Danish " is definitely not worth a premium price. I went there to pick up my order. As soon I entered the place two ladies that work there saw me come inside and ignored me. I was waiting there for one of them to come and give me my order. But they were just standing there chit chatting to each other and looking at me while they continued their silly conversation. When one of them came to help me, she had a nasty look on her face and didn't say a word. She was just standing there waiting for me to talk. After she finally gave me my order I told her thank you but she just kept that nasty look on her face and didn't say a word. Really bad...

I went there on the way back from my amazing hike. The service was really poor. The cashier had no energy in the voice and acted like he didn’t care. Personally, I didn’t feel comfortable with my order. The person that was making my coffee confused the sizes and the amount of shots. I understand that everyone makes mistakes, but she poured the coffee she made before to a bigger one (the one I ordered) in front of me! This chain is great, they serve a decent coffee, but not with a service like that… I wouldn’t recommend...
