Due to the fires, our family had to buy 4 new beds. We've never bought beds from SnS and, I gotta be honest, as we entered the store I was bracing myself for the slimy salesman pitch. As we went up the stairs and onto the store floor, we were immediately greeted by a friendly gentleman named Cliff. I remained reserved observing him interacting w/ my wife and kids. As I listened to him talk w/ them, he was kind, knowledgeable, wise about finding the rt bed for each of us, and patient. No slimy salesman pitch, what a relief! I never felt he was in a rush to make the close. We were there a while and he just kept working with us giving us the information we needed but the space to privately decide. Eventually, we settled on what we wanted but the price was just too much for all the beds. He worked with us crunching #s but it was still not quite lining up for our finances. He brought Brian the ass't manager who worked w/ us and our budget and we were all able to settle on a price that worked for everyone along w/ some add'l ammenities to sweeten the pot. Brian did a great job of explaining the warranties, return policy if unsatisified etc. and it wasn't a long arduous process. Working with Cliff is what really got us to the point of buying the 4 beds at SnS! Thank You Cliff! And Brian is the one who helped us w the finances! Thank You Brian! They were the perfect team!! I highly recommend SnS of Pasadena on Lake! They will take care of YOU, find you what YOU want and they will do a great job to help you get that bed YOU want and they won't nickel and dime you all the way out the store!
