Wake Up Call - Rd 68 — Restaurant in Pasco

I love Roasteres! I’m a Roasters girl!! I’m not from tri cities but trying to find a place to get my coffee is important to me. Being from Selah I had my favorite local coffee shop I would stop at on my way to work every day. Trying roasters at first was different. But each time I tried it I loved it more and more. I love that 95% of the time I go here and I get my coffee it’s great! The morning crew is definitely my favorite!!! They are a special blend of people they are def the morning people that get your morning going each and every day and that’s awesome! I’ve gone inside and the music is going and a song comes on that everyone likes they start dancing or singing while making coffee! I love it! It shows me that they enjoy their job! They can have fun and keep going! I know nothing about making coffee other than how mine taste! But seeing all of them vibing makes me want to be part of their team!! I love that my drink is consistently good! It’s not too sweet it’s not over powering with coffee and it’s not burnt! Dutch Brothers coffee is too sweet and burnt kills my stomach I’m not a fan. Rude staff member at window. Dont know her name, but it was earlier in day on Friday. Black hair and thick black false eyelashes. No smile, no thank you. Thecoffee was so hot i couldnt hold or touch it, handed it back to her. She argued about how they came. Told her twice to take it back i couldnt hold it. Almost dropped it handing it to her before she finaly took it and almost dropped it herself. Rude, deadpan face, tolledher eyes. The situation only improved when a guy stepped in and took over. Same rude girl as before. Ive had three horrific service timrs with her, and i wont be back. Everytime a supervisor or coworker intervenes because they see she is rude. Obvipusly retraining doesnt help. Not only will i not return i will post everywhete about my experience there. A bad coffee is one thing, but rude service and being handed a cup with loose lid and so hot i cant touch is another. And didnt dawn on her to offer to take the coffee and put on a sleeve or seco d cup, or even offer to remake it. When i asked to remake she said. Tbry ate all thathot. Again, no sorry, no smile, no thank you . Only an eye roll to a coworket....

drinks are usually okay. coffee tastes mostly like milk. the redbull or mad hatter drinks aren’t that flavorful most of the time. i would not recommend the food, if you do try it i’d make sure it’s not expired. i saw multiple pastries like cookies and stuff in the display by register and they had expiration dates that were already passed, some even weeks ago. got a sandwich that might have tasted better if it were toasted, but unwrapping it the pesto had been seeping into the bread making it soggy and just looked fairly old, definitely not fresh at all. i took a few bites because i spent a good amount of money but had to throw it away. the staff is pretty much always very sweet and friendly always had a good experience i have no complaints there. the inside lobby is nice to sit and chill in. just wish they had better quality items...
