I recently change to Verizon and when I got my phone tom was the one who helped me he have good customer service and I will totally ask for him again if I went to the store again. The reason why is 4 starts is because when I did my trade in I was told that credit will go instantly to my account and my phone would have this amount left to pay. And they only give me a credit every month I talked to Tom and he said after 3 months I should see the complete credit that never happen. When I try to pay my phone for the balance shows a bigger amount of what I should had to pay to pay it off. I understand the part of selling something and get business is painting a perfect picture but it will be nice is they will actually tell you how is actually going to work. Also I would like to tell all this iPhone people if you are planning in upgrading the following years don't pay insurance. I pay insurance every month for my boyfriend iPhone and he's having issues with the phone is overheating sometimes the screen gets stuck and turns off. I called and asked about the insurance and they said that is not cover the only thing he can do is upgrade with a trade in. Kinda unfair when the phone is almost pay off to go and again get another phone and pay more. But with my Samsung galaxy thankfully Samsung have a insurance of their own the offers any replacement if the phone is...
Read moreThe best place EVER to go for Verizon...ASK FOR ALEX! Seriously, we got better service here than at the corporate store. Alex went above and beyond to figure out the best deal for us, and getting us the best discounts possible. (Verizon corporate store was not willing to do this) The whole staff chipped in when it came time to back up and active 4 cell phones at the same time! We all felt so comfortable hanging out in the store. Then when the first bill came and I was confused, Alex took the time to explain LITERALLY everything. His communication was amazing and our family is so grateful for the time he spent with us and everything he was able to do for us...he saved us...
Read moreI recently went in to the Verizon store on Rd 68 and was ignored by the employee working. He was occupied with another family but he could have at least acknowledged my presence. After waiting for a while I went up to him to ask how long it would be so I could return later. He seemed bothered by my question and said the time that the next employee would be in. I asked him if he was going to be busy with that customer that long and he said yes and to call customer service. I left and went to the Verizon store at Columbia Center in Kennewick where I was treated with respect and friendliness. I had recently gone in last week to the Rd 68 store where an employee was super nice and helpful but this gentleman was not courteous, respectful, or helpful at all and made me feel like I...
