Please keep in mind, at least 6 of the 5 star ratings are from fake google accounts/friends of the owners, they’re not legit. I purchased a queen bed and box spring in store on Monday, delivery for Wednesday at 12:30pm. 12:30pm, they did not give me a time window. Guy in store was great, good prices and easy purchase (too easy). 12:30pm Wednesday comes and goes. I call 3 different phone numbers I find throughout google, instagram, etc. All numbers send you straight to voicemail. I message the instagram page 2 hours after expected delivery, 30 minutes later they respond asking “Has anyone reached out to you yet?”. Still nothing. I call the instagram 30 minutes later, they respond and tell me they are “currently trying to contact the delivery driver” and they will call me back and let me know. If they had called/messaged hours ago, letting me know it may be delayed, no problem. But, for hours I have been anxiously trying to get in contact with them, only, when I finally do, they give me no explanation and no information. Finally, at 4:30, the delivery driver calls me to tell me he is just now leaving Paterson (35 min drive) and will be here then, 5 hours after...
Read moreI purchased a bunch of furniture with this company on October 26th 2020. I received 90% of my furniture except for the night stand and the chest. The furniture were supposed to be delivered in One month. It’s now February 21st 2021. The owner kept giving me the run around about how the factory is backed up. I eventually asked for a refund and on the phone he says yes I’ll absolutely give you a refund. Come down let’s talk about it and see how much I can refund you back. I go back to the store and he tells me he can’t give me a refund because he gave me a really big discount initially on all the furniture I ordered so he does not believe I’m entitled to a refund. I told him but I don’t have the rest of the furniture so I am entitled to some sort of refund He refused. Be careful with him. Try to pay with your card so you can dispute if anything goes wrong. Never pay him cash. Also make sure he gives you a delivery date and put it in your contract or better yet...
Read moreI’m terribly sorry to say, unfortunately people don’t share the entire story...I won’t lie, I came into this store, as I’m walking in I see lady yelling and screaming, made me hesitant at first sight. I was curious, sat around and 5 minutes later she was smiling and happy...long story short, Marcello, an amazing guy, gives you exactly what your looking for beating any competitors prices, even Walmart...delivery went semi smooth, my couch came in damaged, got it exchanged, took a while, but Marcello got it done for me...for sure coming back, for sure sending my family and friends, absolutely an amazing experience...
