When I go into a business, customer service is the biggest factor to me and let me just say that Asurion Tech Repair and Solutions in Peachtree City exceeded my expectations. When I walked into the store I was greeted by Jerry, and he treated me as if I was a loyal customer even though I have never been to one of their locations. I had a lot of questions regarding the repair because I’ve never broken a phone before. The responses that he had given me gave me full confidence that he was more than capable at what he does. He was honest and upfront about everything, and never tried to upsell me on something that I didn’t need, which as a customer means a lot. He gave me an estimated time on how long the repair would take, and he completed it faster than the predicted time. I received my phone back working and looking as good as it does, when it comes out of the box new, he also educated me on features that my phone has to help me customize it more to my needs. I can say, without a doubt that this company has my business for any electronic issues in the future, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone in need of repair to any device that...

So amazing I have been bragging about the Ubreakifix store Peachtree City GA and corp office to many people! They had a difficult time with my laptop long story, but when it stopped working they paid for a brand new mother board & fixed all else! All free they said, it was company policy to repair any computer that stopped working when under their repair shop jurisdiction! Sooooo amazing GARETT & Zach and all the employees at Ubreakifixit here in Peachtree City GA went way beyond the call of duty!!!! They sent the laptop off to corp repair location and corp said put in a new mother board free of charge! They also worked out all the bugs software etc with putting in a new mother board down to a microphone not working !!! EVERYONE A MIRACLE IS HAPPENING REAL INTEGRITY IS COMING BACK TO THE USA THROUGH SMALL COMPANIES LIKE UBREAKITIFIXIT! SWAMP THEM WITH BUSINESS!!! Not only have they fixed this problem but also helped with many many silly software & hardware issues! SO APPRECIATE THESE GUYS!!!! They need to allow US TO GIVE them BIG TIPS! But they refuse all! I am disappointed in this company. The lack of communication is what makes me not want to work with this company anymore. My boyfriends phone was destroyed and we went online to Asurion to get him a replacement phone and paid $100 for it to be delivered same day. Come to find out we paid $100 for nothing this company wasn’t going to send us a new phone and we only found out because we called Asurion as it was suspicious we hadn’t received the phone all day. The customer service agent we spoke to said that our home location isn’t an acceptable location to deliver the phone (HUH?). Then we were told the driver just wasn’t coming to our area because his route changed and now we won’t get the phone until Tuesday. You see how this all doesn’t make sense? Anyways we cancelled the order so we could get our money back but this is irresponsible customer service and I will not be working with...
