Restore Hyper Wellness — Local services in Peachtree City

My sister purchased a membership from Restore for me as a late Christmas gift and she also purchased one for herself in Dec. 2022. In February 2023 we decided to cancel the membership to not incur future charges as we were not using the services. We inquired at the front desk of Restore in PTC about how to go about canceling. The person at the front desk advised we could put our membership on pause. From March 2023 to May 2023, my sister's card was not charged.

Then fast forward to June 2023 and then all of a sudden my sister's card is charged $200 for both memberships. She called to inquire what happened and was advised membership holds only last for 3 months. My sister then asked to cancel her membership and to have her card refunded for the $200. The person she spoke with on the phone agreed this would be taken care of. Then in July, her card was charged again another $200 and the $200 refund was never processed. Again she called Restore and this time was told she had to give a 30 days notice to cancel. Restore is refusing to refund the $400 and instead thinks we should be satisfied they will not charge her card in August as they require a 30-day notice to cancel. The manager refuses to offer any other resolution.

This is a warning to anyone considering signing up with Restore for a membership. Make sure you get any communications from them in writing as they are not engaging in customer-friendly business practices around their memberships and charging...

Wish there was an additional star option! I visited Restore Hyper Wellness on 2/2/23 and initially came in to test out the IV therapy service. Immediately upon entering the facility I was greeted by friendly staff and felt extremely welcome. After getting the IV therapy treatment I learned more about the various other services that are offered and became enamored by the amount of beneficial health and wellness options available. After being fully informed I decided to become a member the same day as I felt so good and rejuvenated that I wanted to keep coming back to continue tapping into the benefits of their services. After signing up for membership I was convinced to do a cryotherapy session for the first time and man I will tell you if you have not done it before DO IT! 👀 You will feel the benefits almost immediately after completing the session. I felt a sense of alertness and mental clarity as if I had the best night sleep the night prior and this feeling began as I was driving home from my visit, and today when I woke up I felt like a new person with more energy and a positive mindset. Maybe it is a bit of me tricking myself into feeling better but whatever the case I highly reccomend that you go and at least test out their services. I heard cryotherapy was wonderful but would have never tried it without having a 1st free session. I just don't take time out for myself much. So I was gifted a free session. I am very cold tolerant. But since it was my 1st time she wanted me to still do the beginner level. What a uniquely amazing experience! She, I wish I had remembered her name, made me feel totally comfortable. She was young, and very healthy. I'm older and need to loose weight so often I don't feel comfortable around others doing things like this. She was wonderful. The results of a beginner session, for me, were mild and I expected that. I have issues with circulation, constant leg aches, lower back aches, and foot and knee pain. I must say I felt a difference even with the beginner level. As comfortable as I was made to feel, I will be back for more cryo..intermediate!.... but they have so many different things there I'd like to try.... especially compression and a facial for folks with Rosacea!
