ive been to this store quite a few times, the idea of it sounds so interesting. but unfortunately this store has a lot of flaws. for starters, ive been in at least 3 times this month and have not seen anything about pride month...which is super weird bc they have several sections for various reasons; fathers/mothers day, back to school, graduation...even HALLOWEEN. IN JUNE!!!! nothing for juneteenth either!!!! if you put aside the homophobia and racism, theres still a store! an overpriced thrift store, essentially. the place is a mess, and they clearly have not enough employees. 9/10 times, i dont wanna wait to check out bc they dont have enough staff working the registers. and when you do, youre pressured into signing up for a credit card. this place has potential, maybe they need better management. but i will not be shopping here again, i certainly do not feel welcome! good luck getting greeted at the front door and finding things when their 2 employees are swamped at...

Thank you again for welcoming your customers. Thank you for taking great care of us. I can’t...

I walked in beginning to record my experience and posting on my social media platform. However, I was simply deterred after walking in with my fiancé and we made eye contact with employees who were having a conversation and were never greeted. As we walked through the entire store passing several employees in green aprons and passing one employee several times absolutely she nor no one spoke. Homesense is absolutely a store I would love to shop in but I could not find myself to purchase anything from this store due to the horrible customer service and I hope that discrimination doesn’t continue and it...
