Something is really off with this location. I should have read “recent” reviews before we came. I want to start off by saying the young lady attending to the restaurant lobby when we arrived was very sweet and polite. She’s doing a great job. Unfortunately, it’s about the only good thing I can say about our recent visit. The restaurant was filthy, I was honestly grossed out. It was also not busy, only 2-3 other people. The condiments and drinks area were awful. Trash on the floor. Fingerprints all over the windows, surfaces and the kiosks. My son almost slipped twice by the trash can when we were cleaning up. I am on a tight budget and my children wanted to try out the restaurant so we gave it a go. I had visited a few years ago and it was very pleasant. Not this time. I felt the food was overpriced for what we got. One of my kids said his burger tasted like his lunch burger at school. I had a bite of mine after and unfortunately he was right. Very bland. I was expecting so much more from BurgerFi. As I was eating my onion rings I found a hair sticking out from the batter on them. I was so disgusted at this point. My fries seemed to be 95% skin as well, maybe I just had bad luck with that. I’m usually not so critical but it seemed to be just one thing after the other. Also as others have said, I ordered my burger on the kiosk and none of the toppings were on it. Thankfully after letting her know the young lady I mentioned before, gave me the toppings so that I could add them to my burger. There is nothing worse than expensive food that doesn’t taste good, and even worse an establishment that isn’t being properly maintained. I was not able to finish my meal because of prior things mentioned. I’m so upset that we blew our weekly dining budget on this...

UPDATE 7/15/25 REVISTED this location today and placed an order since we were in the area. Horrified Pulled out my chicken slider to see what looks like a bite has been taken out of my slider. I am done with this place - they also messed up the order. We added truffle fries and they gave plain fries with both combo orders. Thanks.

Location issue. I like BurgerFi but this location is terrible. I have ordered take out from this location on a few different occasions and for whatever reason my order is always missing something. The most recent was this week 01/29/19. I ordered online & picked up in person. When I went to pick up my order I noticed there was no drink cup for the order I placed. When I asked the server he told me that freestyle drinks can't be done with Uber. I told him the order was for me, he said okay, and gave me the cup. Error fixed, although no apology for assuming I was an Uber driver. I still don't know how to feel about that mistaken identify, On another note, there should be something in place in your ordering system that differentiates between Uber orders and actual direct consumer orders. BurgerFi sends take out orders in sealed paper bags with your ticket order attached. Because the bag is sealed I trusted that BurgerFi did quality checks prior to sealing the bag; I don't think that happened with my order. When I got back home my order was missing items that I had to pay extra to add on. There was also missing condiments that I also had to pay for add on. This is my final visit, I feel like money was taken from me. I paid for goods not received. I gave this location more than one chance and they still failed. I figure you all owe me roughly $10 back for this & past orders with forgotten items. I'm done with...

Let's start with the online ordering process ... which was seemless. I'm in a wheelchair and typically I'll order, park in front and call to ask if they can bring my food out. So I was happy to see on their window it says for orders - call.

I called and the line went straight to voice-mail! They never picked up. I get inside and ask if the phone was working, and the guy at the register says, "I don't even know where the phone is ‍‍. Who admits to that?

Alright now the food - ehhhhhh

I order a junior cheeseburger with grilled onions with ketchup, and pickles with a side of fries. My dessert was a keylime concrete.

The burger left me underwhelmed as the onions were cut too small, the cheese was barely there, but the pickles were the star. If one wants grilled onions, you're adding it for flavor right? I could barely taste them. I've had way better burgers from Burger King than this.

The fries were pretty tasty. Because I'm not big on having a whole lot of fries (5-6 fries are typically enough for me) , I ordered the kid's size. They were fresh, had a slight crunch to them, and it wasn't a lot. I emptied the boat!

Lastly, the keylime concrete! Ugh, where do I begin? On the website there's no description of the treat, but it looks like a small ice cream with some toppings. So you figure it's keylime, it's going to be refreshing right?

NOT!

It's vanilla ice cream with cookies with keylime PIECES topped with whipped cream! This means the dessert was too heavy! I felt like a stuffed animal on the carnival hanger!
