I went to panda express so she said because I love eating there. I get there and I ordered a big order two big entrées and two kid meals. They gave me the one bag of my adult food and didn’t give me the bag of kids food. We fix the drinks for our kidsand didn’t think to look inside my bag. I stay all the way in Alpharetta and I told her the manager name Miss Tess and told her how far I was and that I didn’t appreciate I didn’t get my kids food. So she said when I come back, she will make my whole order over again and I told her because of that I appreciated her and that I wouldn’t leave a bad review but I told her if I come back, I don’t wanna be harassed as if I’m stealing something And much sure the manager that wasn’t named Tess said she will make my order over again. I placed an order with Panda Express through their app as instructed by Venessa, a server or customer service representative I spoke to on the phone. The total was $21.12, and the pickup time was set for 8:32 PM. Five minutes later, I received a notification that my order was ready.
I drove 20 minutes to pick up my order, only to arrive and be told by Venessa that they didn’t have the two separate items I had ordered. She informed me I could either reach out to corporate for a refund or choose an alternative meal. However, the only food available at that time was a nearly empty tray of one item. It was appalling, I couldn’t get the food I ordered, and they wouldn’t refund my money on-site.
This is nothing short of robbery. Venessa claimed she was following company instructions, which leads me to believe this is a systemic issue. At this point, I am beyond furious.
