Good prices but horrible employees at this location. I went to this Aldi's on Sunday evening October 19th 2025 and experienced the worst customer service of my life. I came in around 7:30PM, and was picking out all of my groceries. A little while later towards the closing time (8PM), this young male employee begins to scream at me from the back of the store, screaming "THE STORE CLOSES AT 8PM YOU HAVE TO GO CHECK OUT RIGHT NOW! WE ARE CLOSED!!!". Yelling at me to go to the front. It is literally 8:03PM at this point, doors to the store are locked and I am already heading towards the front of the store. It is very obvious I am almost done with my shopping and am not even making excuses to keep shopping. Now, yes I did not realize that Aldi's closes at 8PM but I was clearly about done with my shopping and had a cart full of food. I go to pick up some frozen food at the front of the store before going to the register and the male employee starts to scream at me once again, "WE HAVE TO CLOSE THE STORE IT IS PAST 8PM, you HAVE to come check out right now". "WE ARE CLOSING THE REGISTERS IF YOU DO NOT COME CHECK OUT RIGHT NOW! NOT IN 5 MINUTES, RIGHT NOW!!!". It is literally 8:06PM at this point. If he wanted to close the registers at 8PM and tell me that they cannot check me out, that would've been an appropriate response and I would've have taken responsibility for not keeping track of time and left. He was trying to start a fight for no reason and screaming at me to check out, even though it is just 6 min past 8PM. Literally every other employee was starting their clean up duties and allowing me to grab my last few items. I just left the cart with my food and did not check out. I will not be coming back to this Aldi's because of this employee's absurd and...
Read moreI like Aldi! They have low prices... I usually spend over $100 a week in groceries elsewhere but now I spent a little over $70! This store is clean and organized. When you want to shop here, bring your own shopping bags and a quarter for the shopping cart (you’ll get the quarter back, just be sure you link the chain onto another cart in front of you and the quarter comes out... it took me some time to figure this out LOL). You also need to bag your own groceries because in order for checkout to be faster, your items are placed in the basket. If you plan to get many groceries here please BRING YOUR OWN BAGS. Aldi sells bags as well. The store and selection of food is small. I managed to get everything I needed here but I had to compromise, for example, with getting 1 bunch of onions instead of getting only one but the price was great. They have a few brands that we all know but most brands are their store brands. However, the food is quality and fresh! Be sure you look at the dates of the refrigerated foods/beverages so you know when to use them by. I saved so much money here, I’ll...

Now, let's talk about the one small hiccup – the electric cart for the disabled. It's more out of service than an ancient vending machine.
For my sister, who has a mobility issue, this becomes a bit of a grocery shopping obstacle course. While there's a wheelchair available, solo navigation is tricky. Getting up and down to grab items turns the shopping trip into a disappointment for her. Most times she just leaves.
Dear Aldi, consider this a gentle plea from a fan – look out for your disabled customers. Ensure those electric carts are charged and ready to roll. It would mean the world to those who, like my sister, just want to enjoy the Aldi experience without feeling defeated.
Apart from this tiny snag, Aldi, you're a grocery gem. Keep those shelves stocked and those cashiers beaming. Just a little extra love for the mobility-challenged patrons, and you'd be grocery...
