Subway — Restaurant in Pell City

Ran in for a quick lunch the line was out the door upon arriving. There were 3 employees working so I figured it would be a pretty quick line especially when I realized one of the girls was a former employee who had worked there for several years prior and I believe was also in management before for subway. Well was I wrong. I gave her my order 3 seperate times for what kind of bread I wanted along with the sandwiches I wanted. Once she got my bread and started making my sandwiches I realize she is just putting pepperoni on it and alot of it so when I ask if the sandwich wasn't supposed to have ham also she informa me that is the italian bmt which is what I had ordered 2 of. So she then gets the first one made and proceeds to make the next one I then have to tell her again it should have ham on it and she then tells me again that is for the italian bmt sandwich in which again I had ordered 2 of and repeated my order 3 seperate times already. The next girl ask me and the gentlemen in front of me what else we would like on our sandwiches. He told this girl a total of 5 seperate times he didn't want anything on one of his sandwiches he just wanted it toasted she then proceeds to start to toast one of my sandwiches instead of his. Once I made it to the cashier she gets my order and they guys order behind me mixed up and the first employee is then trying to have th cahier charge me extra for all the pepperoni she had out into my first sandwich that I didn't ask for not want to begin with. So I'm not sure what this location has going on with their employees but the next time I decide I want a sandwich that I'm willing to pay someone else to make I think I will skip this location...

This location in Pell City Alabama never accept the promo codes that are promoted??? I order online and every time I put in a promo code this location never accepts it. This location is going to lose customers for not honoring the promo codes. That what bring the customers in when they see a great promo code online. Also, the last time I order food from here online I asked for my sandwich to be toasted and it wasn’t. And my sandwich taste like someone smoke a whole pack of cigarettes while making my sandwich. Make sense because when I drive by now the workers are outside standing around smoking. This location won’t be around long. I see why they’re never busy. Wish they would bring a Firehouse sub to...

It was awful. It's been a while since I had went to subway and my son and I decided that would be a good lunch. We were very mistaken. The lady fixing our sandwiches stopped in the middle of preparing them to answer her personal cell phone which blew my mind. Another lady came from the back finally to finish them up and she just made them very messy. On my sandwich I asked for heavy olives and pickles, and she did which I was happy with, but apparently they don't drain them because my sandwich was mush from how wet she had gotten it. It was so disgusting, I threw it in the garbage. I will not go back to either one of the subways in Pell City. Those sandwiches cost too much money to not be...
