Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Pell City

I come to this location quite regularly as its the only Little Ceasars in town. Quick lunch, dinner, or pizza for the kids. Unfortunately this was by far the worst experience ive ever had here, out of all the years ive been coming here. I just had to wait 40 minutes on one pizza for my children, while my 10 month old daughter is screaming her head off in the back seat, the last 15 minutes of the wait. I guess she could only be so patient. Because they forgot to cook my pizza. What really got to me was the fact that this was the norm for the crew. Their care free attitude and no sincere apology. No offer to make up for their misktake upset me even more. These millennials working these restuarant jobs these days really need to learn some customer service service skills and work ethics. Yes they may have been slightly busy, but nothing that couldn't have been handled with a decent crew. Ive worked 15 years in the restaurant industry and i know basic procedures in every aspect of the business. So yes, when things like this occur it does really get to me. The point is if you dont have ample time to wait go somewhere else. This probably wont stop me from eating here, but the next time i order something cook to order they may tamper with my food after reading this. Im not the only one eating it though. I've ordered pickup in store, and delivery on the app and I've waited for my pizza to be cooked in store and somehow every time I end up with a pizza that I guess it's been sitting on a hot plate for a while cuz they're never fresh they're either dry or over sauce and under cheesed the staff is super rude, I had ordered a pizza for delivery through the app, if a company works with a third-party delivery site because they don't have their own drivers they need to make sure whoever is delivering the food has the whole order and not just a single part of it because when I order a pizza and crazy bread and extra sauce on the side and stuff I want to get what I paid for, when I call them to let them know that half of my order is gone I don't want to hear "oh that's too bad" click anytime I've tried to sort out an issue with them I've been hung up on or cussed out, even when I waited in store for my order, and told them that they didn't give me the whole thing they told me no you didn't order an extra cup of sauce, and I'm trying to show the girl the receipt and she's calling me a liar while I have the receipt in my hand and then telling me to leave and "stop trying to get free shit" the only reason that I would ever come back is because my husband likes pizza but we cant afford...

Food was good! But they’re really slow. I ordered the Italian Cheese Bread on the app 30 minutes before arriving and once I got there it wasn’t ready. The worker told me to pull into the parking lot and she would bring it out. After 30 minutes of waiting in the parking lot I decided to go in. There was a customer in front of me upset because she was waiting for her order for nearly 40 minutes after place the order online also. Once I got to the counter the guy just walked to the back and grabbed the cheese bread. Not sure what is going on with this Little Caesar’s in Pell City.
