This is hands down, without a doubt the WORST Taco Bell I've ever been to, let alone seen. There are numerous issues at the Pell City, Alabama location. First off, we get more lettuce in our crunch wrap and tacos than anything else. I'm not paying for a lettuce taco or crunch wrap!! Sometimes I'll ask, and pay for, extra sauce or cheese, and I never get it. I'm not asking for some freebie. I'm PAYING FOR IT!!! If the shells aren't stale, then they taste like old, rancid oil. The potatoes in the fiesta potatoes are almost always old, hard and overcooked. The chicken strip in the chicken strip taco I got today was almost too hard to eat. They dont make the freezes right either. I got a dragonfruit one last week, but it had no pink fruit swirl in it. I got another one today and instead of dragonfruit, they gave me the vanilla cream soda one with some of the fruit swirl only in the bottom of the cup. It is NEVER made the way it should be. And to top it all off, and lot of the workers there are just plain rude. You can tell they hate their job there and don't want to be there. They don't greet you with kindness. They give attitude. And most of the time they cut you off while ordering and try to rush you through your order. It's absolutely the most unpleasant fast food place in Pell City. I've been to many taco bells, in many states, and this one is by far the worst. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. Stop hiring the bottom of the barrel. Those people are ruining it. And please train your staff on how to correctly make the items!! All the negative reviews on Google and Yelp, and no one in management or at corporate want to even try to fix the issues. Eat here at your own risk!! This place is a...
Read moreAs somebody who use to work here I can tell you that they do not completely wash their dishes. They will also tell you that you are weird if you want to eat a frozen empanada. I was being interviewed for a job here and the manager asked me how the lobby looked. I noticed a broken laminate shard missing from the edge of the countertop so I told her "4 out of 5". She frowned at me but at the time I was unable to clarify that there was a shard missing from the laminate on the edge of the countertop by the cash register. She was late to my job orientation after a family member had driven me to some unusual orientation meeting somewhere in Irondale or Birmingham. She allows dishes to not be thoroughly cleaned, just like the other taco bell I worked at. She didn't have any grounds to fire me so when I volunteered to give up one of my shifts when their labor was too high, she used that as an excuse to fire me after I sat for 30 minutes or an hour through a crew meeting the next day. I want justice. She deserves to be prosecuted. At the time of my employment, I had no vehicle and rode a bicycle 9 miles into town and then 9 miles home through a rural wooded area (with coyotes and drunk driving hillbillies) at 1 and 2 am in the morning. If you are reading this, I want to...
Read more5:21 p.m. Christmas Eve. I had a deeply disappointing experience at one of your Taco Bell locations. While in the drive-through, I observed an employee, positioned as a shift lead, wearing an earpiece and loudly cussing at and yelling at her team. This set the tone for a highly unprofessional and unpleasant visit.
After waiting 26 minutes waiting on the drive-through speaker no one address us. We order.I received my order, only to find that it was completely mishandled:
• The food was packaged incorrectly. • Items were not properly sealed in wrappers. • Fries were scattered loose in the bag, with some falling out My Quesadilla was out of the box and looked like mud
This lack of care in food handling is unacceptable. The experience left me frustrated, feeling as though I paid $30 for a tampered, poorly assembled, and corrupt order.
As a loyal consumer, I expect much better. I sincerely hope Taco Bell reviews the situation, including the shift lead’s conduct, through cameras or monitoring systems. It’s clear this location could benefit from improved training and management.
I will not be returning to this location, but I hope changes are implemented for the sake of...
