This is for the Arula store. I took my friend here to find a birthday outfit. As soon as you walk ln, Everything Looks BEAUTIFUL! We felt welcomed and happy to find clothes that is suited for plus size. It is PRICEY. However, I Will continue to shop here for special event outfits. A HUGE Shout out to Emma, She is such a sweetheart! She helped us with sizing and made us feel so comfortable Shopping. Customer service from her is 100/100! She's amazing! She truly cares about the customers and is the best hype girl everytime we step out with a new outfit! She deserves a Raise or something! I would Rate Emma and the experience we had with her 5 stars!!! The Reason why I give this a 4 star Review is because we were checked out by a lady name Karina. She was Okay, but when asked about a certain special or discount they provide, She Responded with a bit ofJudgement /attitude or annoyance that we asked a question... or at least thats how it felt for us. She was a bit nice at the end but there was no reason for the attitude. The last reason I gave this a 4 star Review is because we took a look at the altar'd state store. It's connected with arula and the moment we went in, the atmosphere changed for us. it's beautiful but we were being watched and followed. we didn't Receive the same welcomed energy as we did in Arula. it felt like because we were some plus size girl we were In the "wrong side" of the store. Instead of having some one who works there asked if we need help with anything they Just stood from a far and watched us. OVER ALL, Emma was AMAZING! Clothes are Expensive but cute and worth it. I think the Jewelry is a bit pricey for some cheap quality. . $35 for a pack of earings that you can find the same quality earings at walmart or TJ max. Might aswell wait for them to go on sale and...

This is a beautiful boutique, western style! If you are looking for a shopping experience this is the place! The store is well decorated, smells good, music is attuned with the style, nice selection of clothes and accessories. Some clothes are made with high quality fabrics but shoes and boots more in the low quality leatherette. Prices are high specially compared to the prior store, love couture, that was super low cost. The store is beautiful and I love the quality of the clothes however I was extremely upset how I was treated in the store. I am an educated woman of color...I was followed continuously-I mean Continously throughout the store, even after making a purchase which left me feeling uneasily. I purchased item and really want to take the items back.Not all of us (black people) steal.
