I ordered 'Dirty Kimchi Fries'. However, the kimchi on this menu is not Korean kimchi. Kimchi is a unique Korea food name. However, the kimchi on this menu is Chinese 'pao chai (Pàocài)'. The taste and style of this menu is obviously Chinese pao chai, which has nothing to do with Korea kimchi. The name of the menu should be changed to 'Dirty Pao Chai Fries'. If you imagine the taste of Korea kimchi and order this menu, you will surely be disappointed. =========== Thanks for your reply... but You seem to have a very poor understanding of kimchi. Or maybe you put in a very small amount of kimchi formally just to borrow the name. Because your recipe doesn't have the taste and shape of kimchi at all. I think it's just a famous copy. Moreover, the original kimchi does not contain cilantra at all. This is because the original taste and smell of kimchi is opposite. But I understand if you're trying to bring out the ambiance of Asian food. However, this is Chinese food and has nothing to do with Korean kimchi dishes. It is fully understandable that this is a transformation from the original. However, it is the opinion of Asians who have eaten together that it is closer to Chinese paso chai. If so, I don't think it's right to put kimchi in the name of this food. I think it would be deceiving customers who already know the taste of kimchi. Because your recipe doesn't have the taste, shape, or feel of kimchi at all. And kimchi is a fermented food, not a pickled food.

I just wanted to warn everyone this restaurant is doing something extremely dangerous. C4. Tonkatsu D' Ramen Tonkatsu (pork broth) ramen made Chinese style braised pork shoulder, fried egg, sweet corn, scallion, fish cake, and seaweed served with homemade chili oil Nowhere on here does it say that there is Krab (Imitation) on the menu. Unfortunately most Krab has some of the Crab juices in it which is how they get their flavor. This restaurant is substituting Fish cakes for Krab without updating their menu on both their website or uber eats. If I had not known what Krab looked like and thought it was fish cake I would have been rushed to the hospital or worse. Update: they did replace the order with one that did not have any shellfish in it. but the menu still has not been updated. 2nd Update: There is no exaggeration to my statements made above. The menu did not list any Shellfish for that particular item. Substituting an item without allerting the customer is not acceptable and could lead to potentially dangerous conditions. If you would like me to further "exaggerate". I could involve a food and health inspector and inform them of this. But no worries I will never be returning. Your employee also did not realize that Krab can contain actual crab and can cause an allergic reaction. That is your fault as a restaurant and you should take ownership of the issue and not downplay a customers experience. Thank you.

Came for the first time on a Thursday evening. It is a small shop and it was empty. They have a few outside and inside tables if you want to eat it there. The service was also good while I was there. I decided to make my order to go. To drink I order a ombré mango lemonade and a strawberry mango green tea with popping boba. They were both referring and delicious. I order a tonkatsu ramen which had a lot of pork (I wish the pork had some fat to it because it was a bit dry) and it come with a deep fried egg which I found interesting, however it also a bit over cooked inside. The broth on the soup was good and the noodles were perfect. We also had the Korean corn dog both the cheese and potatoes and the fish stick one and there were both good. The bao buns are more like a steamed pork bun instead and not the typical bao bun. However it was really good. And our favorite was the fried pineapple rice with shrimp. It had big pieces of shrimp and pineapple and it was delicious. Just poured a bit of soy sauce and it was great.

I had been eager to try this restaurant for a while, expecting something great. It's certainly pricier than your typical Chinese place. Personally, I found it didn't justify the cost. I ordered the mafia chicken, but it lacked any crispiness. The white rice served with it was gummy and unpleasant. The sweg ragoon seemed to have been re-fried and ended up soggy, greasy, and devoid of flavor. Overall, I was disappointed, but as they say, you never know until you try. I won't be returning.

UPDATE: owner responded to post. Not sure what I said that was awful other than stating my opinion on the quality of food I received that day but his response should speak for itself on how he values customers/ patron of his business. I’m not sure what he is referring to as “sprout nonsense” it’s clear that he is upset for the review. I apologize if that hurt his ego in some way or sort for leaving a review I guess the only reviews allowed are 5 stars. Just look at his responses to others who just happen to have a bad experience .Anywho have great day, stay blessed.

P.s. I never referred to portion size at all. I just stated my opinion on price in reference to similar cuisine that I have had which many others have...
